The main reason I go is for in grown toe nails in my feet. They always have sterile equipment that they usually open in front of me. I've never left with an unresolved in grown. They double check my toes and ask me if I still feel it. There is a huge fish tank with koi fish, they have wine, and massage chairs. I don't go ANYWHERE else for my ingrown toe nails but Pearl Nails.

However, the person assigned to do the facial must have been relaxed because she repeatedly dozed off while massaging my face!! I should have stopped the (non-professional) facial, but I'd rather just never go back. Nor would I recommend a facial at this establishment.
