They were great! Very professional. Note - this business does accept walk-ins. Hours are 10am to 7 pm. I have sensitive cuticles and sometimes if the esthetician is too rough I end up bleeding. Not great! But Lynn was wonderful. Very careful. No wincing or issues here. And did a fantastic job. Btw it's not a French manicure ( I had the regular manicure with Bossy #219- one coat only), but it looks almost like a French, a bit more natural. Hubby raved about the pedicure on the way home. Said that Linda took really good care of filing down the calluses on his feet. He practically floated home lol. Anyway. Totally get why people love this place. Great staff and great result. My skin has cleared up from using their excellent Canadian products called Dr. Renaud. Along with waxing and facials, the spa does nail services too.
