The manicurist's behavior was appalling and the overall manicure sub-par (see photos below for the hack job on my cuticles and the overall streaky and messy colour). Not only did she apologize, but she explained things (why they've been short staffed, why it's been hard to get in touch, etc), without trying to excuse them and then she laid out her plan of solutions. It really was the definition of how to win back a customer. I went back today and couldn't have had a better experience.
