We had a great mommy daughter day today. It was a good experience and I am very glad I didn't read the reviews before we went here. My daughter had a blast, our pedicurist, was kind and helpful. My toes look great, my eyebrows look great. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it lacks some finishing touches. Please please please DO NOT go here. Run far away from this place. The guy that did my nails, Tom did a terrible job! I asked him if he can paint the letter T on one of my nails, he did it but it looked really sloppy so I asked him if he can fix it and make it more creative he again went to touch it up and it was still horrible . I'm pretty sure he noticed how bad it looked and pretended that it looked good. I regret paying him I just didn't want to argue. I left and I ended up going to get my nails fixed at another location...This was my first and last time coming here, never again! And this is also a lesson learned for me bc I should not have let this slide and paid for this :( writing this review and warning makes me feel better. zero stars if i could! they are horrible! my husband and I went to get pedis and the girl (didn't get a name but the bottom half of her hair was blonde) was trying to paint mine while he was still having his toenails cut. i stopped her and said they were very uneven and asked if she could file them a bit rounder. she roughly filed them straight across down the the skin and just kept rushing. when the manager/owner man asked how things were I responded we were really unhappy, pointed out all the cuts and tears in my skin she left and that the wrong color was used. he responded "what do you want a discount" and took $3 off a $60 pedicure. It was terrible and we'll never be back, i can't even fox this pedicure because all my toenails are cut down to the quick and very painful. GO ANYWHERE ELSE read more

Mya attempted to do my nails after placing 3 of my nails on crooked! when I showed they were crooked she asked me to place my own nails on then sent me to another tech to have them done. I told them to take them off and left! I get my nails done reguarly at JD nails but Vandy was not available! I'm only giving them one star because the place looks very nice and its relaxing. The guy who did my nails is either the manger or owner and he was very rude and rushed doing my nails. My nails are not evenly cut and when he finished filing my nails he rushed me to pay before he painted. Needless to say I pay $30 for a shit job and I was very upset that everyone else in the salon before getting there nails painted had their hands moisturized. This is my first negative review ever. The lady tried to tell me what color to put on my nails. She even SQUEEZED/PINCHED my toe very hard. She was rude, mean, and lazy. She wouldn't even trim my nails nor do my heels. I did it myself as she just walked away. When I asked her she said she would do it at my next visit! I was upset I said that I would NOT be coming back there. She and one of her colleagues then laughed and giggled as they spoke to each other in their language. She actually just walked away after she polished my nails to another customer. Finally the guy told me to go up front to dry my nails. As I was paying I told him that she had intentionally squeezed my toe really hard. He just looked at me unconcerned. There were fruit flies everywhere This was the ABSOLUTE WORSE nail salon ever! Stay away. I wish I had read the reviews prior to going. I will never go back there. It doesn't deserve even one star. I would give it negative stars if I could. I have never given anything but five start ratings to businesses but I felt I needed to give feedback regarding the services at this nail salon. I used to go to this location when it went by another name and received very good service. However when the name changed occurred, most of the staff changed. I still tried the salon a few times and received okay service, but always felt as if the staff was not interested in customer service. I went back one more time (this last time) because I had a rewards card and wanted to use it. My pedicure was very unsatisfactory: my nails were uneven and too short in some areas and my cuticles not trimmed and my polish was applied sloppily. When I went outside in the sunlight (I need to use glasses at times) I could see bubbles and the uneven application of the polish. I just got in the car and went home and removed the polish. The worst part of this experience is that when I went to remove the toe separators to go home, the tech ran over and told me "no no no." I realized that she didn't want me to get a close up look at the quality of the work. She knew her work was sloppy and didn't care. read more

1 star because I had the guy who obviously doesn't give a crap about working there. Not sure his name but he is thin with short salt and pepper hair. My husband and I went in for pedicures and sat down at the same time. I was done about 15 minutes before my husband who didn't have his toes painted. I felt that he totally rushed through the service and my pedicure reflected it. As soon as he was done he immediately sat in one of the open chairs and started playing games on his phone. Extremely unprofessional!!! Also, the cost was $25 which I don't mind paying if it is a quality pedicure but what I got was pure shit! ok so i usually go to sovonna nails on iron bridge but sometimes she's super booked because shes great at what she does. I have been to fingertips 2 times an Friday was my last time there. My little sister told me about this place so we went because sovonna was booked. so we came here. she got a full set i got a full set with gel an a pedicure. My toes an nails looked nice an it did not cost me much at all $50 at most also we got our eyebrows done an they looked great. we left satisfied until a week later my sisters nails were chipping an broke. Mine as well ended up breaking. I was very upset because it had not even been two weeks let alone one. second time i came was last Friday. I already had a fullset on my hands I just needed one nail fixed an i wanted a polish change on my hands an toes (POLISH CHANGE) so the owner fixed my nail an did the polish change. my sister got a regular full set an eyebrows an so did I. By the time we got to the front to pay the women adds up to a total of $70 then says oh no its $100 so lets do some math based on what they advertise in their salon. Two Eyebrows an lip is $22(eyes $8 Lip $6) a fullset for her $25 (so it says on the board) ($4 to fix a nail an $8 for a color change) all that adds up to $67 if were going by the prices they advertise. Well she broke it down tome like $27 for my sisters nails (mind you they were short regular acrylic an one color) $25 to fix my one thumb nail an for the polish change an another $25 for the polish change on my toes. Then $22 for our eyebrows an lip. Which came to $99 an i was so shocked i was charged so much for a simple polish change an one nail to be fixed. Especially when I Only Paid $50 the last time which was for a BRAND NEW full set an toes. SMH so I asked why i was paying the same thing for a simple polish change an one nail to be fixed an she really could not tell me. I Was very upset an she said she would go ahead an drop the price from $100 to $90. i Left very confused an upset an felt i was being robbed ESPECIALLY because sunday 3 of my nails BROKE ! I simply went to pick up a pillow a pillow ! an 3 Broke Not even # days after getting them done. They do good eyebrows an pedicures but I will NEVER EVER spend my money at this place. Customer service was poor an whatever nails they use must be cheap. I learned my lesson an will just got to my nail tech I've been with for 2 years now which is sovonna. I rather wait 2 hours an get quality work for a fair price then 15mins worth of work an paying entirely to much for s****y work. read more
