There were still swirl marks and paint imperfections that I expected to be buffed and polished out. My seats were not steam or shampoo cleaned. There was even still mud on my back bumper that looked like they just stopped caring after a certain point. Although it's one of the more affordable prices for a detail, it's still a chunk of change that you're paying for quite low quality. I've reached out and haven't received any response. If you want a basic car wash, this is great, otherwise pay a little extra and go elsewhere.
