The worst car wash I've experienced in 40 years. I didn't catch the manual prewash scrub until it was too late... a filthy blackened brush head used like a mop, I told them to stop using on the paint. I said he could use it on the rims. After going through the machine, the rims hadn't been washed at all. He then said "The Standard Wash doesn't include the rims". Really? So he failed to explain that twice - both at point of payment, and my specific request. He proceeded to argue it was my fault for not understanding this, though I had also confessed my first time visit when I saw NO SIGNAGE FOR PRICING! This you'll discover once boxed in by another car. He later refused to acknowledge the directional scratch pattern on the hood or the negligence of poor communication. The attendant did a careful, thorough job of scrubbing the car before it went into the drive through. Came out looking great, with no scratches. Got our money's worth. WOW! What a great deal for just a little over 6 bucks! My husband didn't know which car wash to get and ended up just getting the basic one. The guys wash the car before you even get into the "car wash"! They wear masks and don't touch your credit card or anything. They have a little stick with a plastic container to take your receipt (if you paid already at the gas station) or cc! It does take a little longer than your normal car wash if there's a line but definitely worth it. The guys cleaning your car before you get into the actual car wash are very efficient. I like to spend the extra time pre-washing the car. Unfortunately, the car is nowhere near dry. And then when you leave, it's covered in water spots. I understand no car wash get your car totally dry, but this is nowhere near close to being dry. I hate having to get out and towel off all of my glass and my windows, and then having to go home with a spray detailer to get all the water spots off. Also, it smells like a sewer. I highly doubt they're using recycled water, but I always have to run my car for 10 minutes with the windows down to get the smell out of it. I guess I'll just quit going. read more

This is silly, but this car wash was highly recommended to me because I was in the neighborhood and now I highly recommend it! The downside is there is quite a wait, but when it is your turn, they thoroughly do a scrub pre-wash all the way around the car. Like top to bottom, it's amazing, and no wider there is a wait, it's a good three-five minute scrub down. I think that is the biggest perk and difference of why it stands out from other car washes. I've been to MANY car washes, and they've ranged from horrible to great. Finish Line takes the cake for the "Great" end of the spectrum! My expectations were low based on the low prices, but their prices belie their fantastic quality. First off, the attendants are very helpful and very friendly. Secondly, you'll get a lot of stuff here you don't get at any of the other places: *Two dashboard cleaning cloths, each individually packaged and very large in size *A full vehicle soft brush and soap scrub before you enter the automated wash machine *The most impossibly wonderfully great smelling cleaning solution in the automated wash machine (I wish I could get soap for my home with the same scent) *A slower trip through the machine to get your car cleaner (and dryer after the wash) I'm SO happy that I decided to stop in here. I won't be getting my car washed anywhere else. read more

I went here a few times, but the last time I was there was about 2 weeks ago. As I was pulling in, one of the workers who scrubs the car before entering smacked my mirror with his scrub brush really hard and then acted like he didn't do anything wrong. Then, as I got towards the end of the car wash, I heard another thud. When I pulled out, I had a crack down the center of my windshield from the top all the way down to the middle. At least 18" long. I walked back to the front and told the workers and they took no responsibility at first, but then took my contact info to have the owner call me. I have called and the number is disconnected. I still haven't heard back and my windshield is cracked now. This shouldn't be my responsibility to fix. Extremely disappointed with how the situation has been ignored. Don't go here unless you're feeling lucky. read more

This is the best car wash I have found in the area. It is an unassuming carwash attached to a Shell gas station (FYI: That is what will show on your credit card statement). The folks working there are very friendly and thorough with the pre-clean portion of the wash. The actual car wash itself is longer than most I've gone through and really gets to the dirt and grime that most drive-through carwashes miss. I highly recommend giving them a try. read more

Decent wash for what's in the area! Wait can be long because they scrub and prewash each car prior to entering the drive thru. The missing star is for the vacuums. Though they are for free, which is a HUGE plus, they can be better if attachments were available to reach between the seats. It's pretty much an open hose. read more
