    After numerous attempts at the Finishline App to secure a pair of Jordans for my daughter, I finally get some. When I get to the store, raffle ready for purchase during store hours, the store has additional timelines for people to purchase within a 2 hour window by last name that they made up. It's posted on their counter in paper copy, that no one can possibly see due to malls barely reopening. This other guideline for purchase totally conflicts with the raffle terms and emails sent out from Finishline. I'm done with Finishline and I'm deleting my app, unsubscribing to their emails and never walking in their store ever again (including @ Macy's). Bye bye Finishline!

    Store is ok but when I try to return an item they told me to wait for another hour. Meh, haven't seen a store like this.

    This Marshall's is one of the most organized in the area with a great selection but it has the…read morelongest, slowest line ALWAYS. Several times I've given up and left my items because the wait was just not worth it! To clarify, the line is past the waiting aisles and wraps around it nearly every time I've been. You have to wait a minimum of 15-20 minutes and maximum of who knows how long. And I've been here at different hours of the day, between 11 am and closing time and it's the same long wait every time unfortunately. I avoid this Marshall's and go to the one in Colma or San Mateo.

The employee took the Labrador sculpture to the front to get a price, then came back and specifically told us the item would be waiting for us up front to purchase. We then stood in line for nearly 20 minutes only to get to the register and discover the sculpture was nowhere to be found. The employee had disappeared, and when the other workers finally contacted her, she casually told them she "broke it trying to put the sticker on." No apology. No explanation. No effort to make it right. They didn't even let us see it to see how bad it was broken, we might have even still bought it if it was minimal. It honestly felt incredibly suspicious and unprofessional, especially after being told it would be held for us. If it truly broke, why did nobody bother to tell us while we were standing in line all that time? I think the employee wanted it herself. The entire situation was frustrating, disorganized, and handled terribly. Customer service here is clearly not a priority. Store is always a mess and line is always still so long when there's 5+ checkers !!!!

Surprising for a sales professional. Her colleague assisted and was better. He did the measurements. He sold me 2 suits last year. Clearly a cut above the rest of the staff. To be fair, they accelerated the tailoring. I picked up my altered suit today. No issues. But nobody today could properly knot my 2 ties. Youtube here I come. The gentlemen I usually work with, apologies I forgot his name. wasn;t there and it showed. I'd give 4 stars if the service were better. No doubt I will return. We received little to no assistance and were simply directed to a rack of suits that were all the same size. When we asked if there were other options for sizes, we were told that was all they had available for rentals, or that we could look into purchasing a suit instead. We booked this appointment in advance and from confirming beforehand that we would expect there would be options available, especially after confirming rental availability beforehand. Instead, the customer service we got today and experienced was dismissive and unhelpful.
