They have pairs that no other store around the area, then they also have some that are out of season - maybe coz they don't get clientele? Their selection of Bay Area gear has grown since they first opened, but they still need to stock up on my size. I'd like to match with my hubby sometimes too! Service is perfect. I've been here a few times since they've opened and I only come here to get certain shoes. Everytime I come here, their service has been awesome the most recent visit was for a pair of team red roshe runs on a random weekday when they released them and posted them on instagram at about 3pm I saw them, got of work at 530 and drove there ASAP! in the mean time, i called to see if they still had my size and the associate said there is one left. I PRAYED that it was still there and thankfully they were. My sister, friend and I stumbled upon here after going to Yogurt Circle and I can say we'll definitely come back here if we want to buy more shoes! It's in a pretty hidden place, but I'm glad we found it. I don't review too many stores, but this one deserves a review and more publicity. They have a few converses and possibly other shoes that I didn't take notice of, but a nice selection of Nikes. Best of all, the prices are relatively low and they have great deals! It was kinda hidden but you just have to walk down the shops to find it but when you do its all worth it.. They also got a lot of tees giants, bay area, etc etc. But they also have a consignment wall mostly Jordan's. I have done some consignments there, it went well, I've sold some shoes there I think it's a $40 fee on a set price. I sold my breds XIs for $225 ( Used ) My raging bulls red suede $240. The owner was cool, always helpful and gives u discounts without asking. Nice 4 stars just due to the fact that his staff didn't contact me on sale of shoes. It's kinda like every other shoe store..the only difference is that it's independent (which I would think makes you feel better to buy from rather than shopping at them Footlocker/Footactionish stores), selling a variety of shoes from Nikes, Jordans, Converse, and supposedly soon to be selling Creative Recreations and Vans. They also have some bay area shirts to choose from, along with basketball shorts, hoodies, and baby girl Giant's apparel. I don't normally shop at Westlake -- so bumping into Kick City was a treat. What caught my eye were the t-shirts and baby onesies. Everyone I know is having babies and I want to give an original gift -- what better than a kick-a** baby outfit? I liked that the artist is local --- and I mean LOCAL, as in Daly City. The owner was very cool, helpful the minute I walked in. I started staring at the shoe "art" on the wall -- and he explained the consignment process. came here to buy my son a pair of shoes the other day and it wasn't at all pretentious. i've seen this place before but I thought that since I wasn't a "shoe head", I would be laughed at when asking about any of the shoes there but it wasn't like that at all. The guys at Kick City were very courteous and willing to describe the shoes they had in stock and what they were best used for. We must've tried on 20 different pairs that day and at the other chain shoe stores, we might've been able to try like 2 pairs before we start getting dirty looks, but not here. The guys here are knowledgeable about their product and very patient not only with us, but with all their customers, as we observed. They got some deals for you too! They had racks of shoes that were 20%, 30%, and even 40% off. No, you will not be able to get a pair of Space Jams at that discount price, but I did get a pair of Jordan I's for 30%! On their website they also have a consignment shop and while the shoes were way too rich for my blood, it was nice seeing all kinds of rare kicks that they're selling for other people, shows you that the shoe owners trust this store and it's employees. I met the owner, Joseph, randomly, at a friend's house that he lived next to. The first question he asked when I told him I was in the store the other day: "Did I take care of you?" Casey is the man. I always buy my son's shoes at Kids foot locker until yesterday. I've seen Kick City plenty of times but always just passed them them thinking they probably mark up all they shoes like most small store do. I can honestly saythe prices are fair and the staff are super friendly. KIck City really took care of me and worked with me and my wild 3 1/2 year son. My son was messing with the music and running around the store and they were super chill reminding that it's not a big deal, even though I was having a heart attack. I will most certainly be shopping here again. I walked out with 2 pairs of shoes for under $90. Minded you one of the pair were Jordans. Thnaks Casey you rock!!!! this shoe store reminds me of SHOE PALACE or FIRST STEP. they have dunks, blazers, jordans, chucks, k-swiss, air maxes and other shoes. they also carry baby shoes and kid shoes! i have a feeling this store will close down due to its location. its right across the street from strings, burgermeister, that japanese restaurant, etc. the only way you'll stumble upon this place is by walking to one of those restaurants or driving along that street. they dont get enough foot traffic except for those high school/middle school kids trying to get to the bus stop. its hidden. i never knew it exsisted until i was walking down to game stop and was parked by home depot. but i'm glad it exists. if i need a new pair of dunks, i know where to go.**cause i know they'll carry a kids 3**. read more

So I love my Nike's. I heard about this place opening up down the street from my house and was excited. I got a coupon in the mail giving me an extra discount so I decided to check it out. They do have a wide selection and most of the shoes are discounted. The employee (seemed to be the owner) kept telling me about the shoes and the discounts.
