I was warmly greeted by a few different associates. And then came Kyle -- He was attentive to me while I asked a lot of product information questions about the brand. I was amazed at how knowledgeable he was and more amazed that he had only worked there for a few months. He seemed like a very seasoned and well trained employee. I ended up buying a pair of Kizik's on the spot because of Kyle's fine service. I work in a retail store that sells shoes and I get a pretty handsome discount, so I don't often shoe shop at another store. But I was so wowed by Kyle's service that there was no way I would leave the store without purchasing from him. Did I mention he pulled up one of those low stools and helped me put on the shoes and made sure they fit properly. Who does that these days!
