At 6:42pm, I called for an ETA. Another woman told me that they just needed to release the driver and he'd be there soon. Again, I waited. At 19:38, I called again. No ETA this time. I cancelled the request and called Subaru Roadside Assist (which I should have done in the first place). Not only did Subaru call me back within minutes, the tow truck guy calls me back to make sure I am safe, have water and gives me updates. They are towing me to the nearest Subaru dealer 75 miles away for FREE. YOU SUCK AAA! BTW MY AAA assist number was 11464 so you know this is a legitimate complaint. I won't be renewing.
