Justin worked to communicate the issue and resolve it, working around our tricky schedule. After a few days had passed, multiple members of Justin's staff needed unexpected time off, and Justin showed up himself to help get the job done. Justin and his team got the job done, paying special attention to make sure we were satisfied, even going above and beyond again to repair a spot where some tricky furniture of ours unexpectedly left some scratches in the floor.
