And they work all day. They deserve what they charge. If you're looking for TOP notch detailing, they may provide other services for a deeper clean. But this would be ideal for a once or twice a month service, because drive through car washes don't do much in my opinion. Plus, hand drying it and vacuuming on my own, isn't really worth the time and effort. Especially in comparison to a nice "self service" car wash. Most of them charge between $10-$20 dollars anyway. Mind you I had cleared the vomit and washed the areas myself before I had them come out and power wash the 2 spots on my carpet. When the 2 guys arrived they looked at the areas and mentioned it didn't look too bad. Then the older gentleman said that the estimate was $200 I was confused since they told me over the phone that it would range from $150-$200. Then the labor guys said the areas weren't bad at all. Since they had already arrived and I really needed my car clean I said go ahead. The $200 included the 2 areas only the 2 areas nothing else not a wipe down not a full clean of the vehicle, nothing! My husband is extremely upset that I agreed to pay that much for such a poor job done and noticed the doors and console had not been cleaned. The car still smells like vomit and the areas look crusty. After paying on the link I tipped the men, because I used to work in the tipping industry so I always tip. Later, I was informed that the parts could not be properly reattached and that zip ties had been used instead. A manager acknowledged that the damage occurred because they knowingly ran my vehicle through a malfunctioning track. I was instructed to obtain an estimate for repairs and was told the business would reimburse me. However, upon returning with an estimate, I was told it would not be accepted and that I needed to obtain additional estimates, contradicting what I had originally been told. During this interaction, employees also handled my vehicle without my permission by attempting further repairs. Additionally, staff refused to provide their names or the business license number when requested. After prolonged discussion, they eventually offered a cash payment but initially attempted to pay only for parts and not labor. After further dispute, they paid the full estimate amount. This experience involved unsafe practices, lack of transparency, unauthorized handling of my vehicle, and inconsistent communication.
