While I was away, one of my grand kids put some sort of bag on the hood of my BMW and it left small scratches. I researched Yelp and decided on Famous Auto Detailing to address the problem. Max replied quickly through Yelp and we set up an appointment for the next week. I asked for a full paint correction process as well as an interior detailing. Max arrived right on time at 9 AM and got to work. He was very, very thorough and took almost 6 hours to complete the job. The car is immaculate, with all scratches removed and the interior spotless. I asked about ceramic coating and he was totally honest, saying that since I use automatic car washes, it would be a waste of money. Even though he would have scored another job. My daughter's BMW SUV was pretty beat up. My daughter's sister and I decided to have her car detailed as a birthday gift. Max arrived at 11:20 AM and left around 4:00 PM. It's not often you find a master craftsman in any trade you engage. Matt Pesnell is that Master in the auto paint restoration craft in the Phoenix AZ area. You should see inside his service truck. He has all the equipment and supplies one could ever imagine that could ever be required to restore paint scratches, road hazard scrapes, etc. etc. In addition he can mix paint to match anything thrown his way. I had him resurface a few scratches on my Maybach bumper and it came out like new, absolutely new. I have an old Silver Cloud III and I trust him completely to take care of those scratches, without question. I met with Keith for a consultation to go over what I wanted done to the car, which was initially a one-step paint correction. I was hopeful, but also realistic about what could be done since the car had never been detailed or well maintained. He was extremely honest and explained what he thought would be a waste of money (possibly selling it), while also taking the paints current condition into consideration. We ended up going with just an exterior detail in order to minimize some of the imperfections in the paint, as well as giving the car some shine back. Prior to the detail, this car had scratches in multiple areas, and would never look great after washing it. Keith and his wife were accommodating, on time, and did an amazing job. keith and his wife came out today to detail my car. i am happy with the overall job they did other than some minor details. my pictures attached should help explain most of this. some of the things that i liked about this detailing place. they text when they were on their way. they arrived right on time. they kept my appointment that i made weeks ago. the job only took them about 2.5 hours to do as a team. they didn't steal my car. the car had a nice shine to it when they were done. all my personal stuff was put in a nice ziplock bag. they accept credit cards and cash. i was pleased with the overall outcome. i probably will use them in the future. i was not happy with some of the minor details though. my metal car trim looked like it had not been touched as well as the cloth seats. keith did say that he was able to get out all of the stains on the seats (water marks i believe), but when i looked at the seats they looked exactly the same as before. also the metal trim on my car had dots all over it on one side and the other side those dots were removed. another thing i was disappointed in was a scratch on the inside of the car towards the backseat. keith told me it was not coming out and that it was a scuff mark that is permanent. that scuff mark has always been there since i purchased the car used about a year ago. so maybe thats true. will i get the diamond package again? probably not. i would however maybe get a more customized package for the things i am impressed with. i definitely would recommend this place though. update: i edited this post because the water marks i noticed on the metal trim were removed on one side and not on the other. i contacted the owners to notify them about this. i will update review again when i hear back from them. newest update: i changed my review from a 4 star to a 5 star after talking with the owner. i texted him and told him my main complaint. he called me back and said he could come out the next day. i agreed to this. i looked at the trim in different lighting and it looks the same on both sides. my husband said i was being a little too picky and that they did a great job for the price. so i texted to canceled them coming out for the next day. i just wanted to let the community know about the great customer service they have. i would like to book with them in the future. fyi -- this is the first time i have ever had a detailing on any of my cars. i didnt know what to expect, but now i do in the future. thank you for the hard work and to be so accommodating. read more

We have been using Famous Auto Detailing for about a year now. Keith and his wife are awesome and I can't imagine trusting anyone else to clean our cars! Quick story: I used to take my old car to those places that claimed to be a hand car wash business, but it reality it was a we-run-your-car-through-a-machine-then-we-physically-wipe-down-the-cars kind of deal. Back then I didn't care too much since my car was old, but you would think they would at least do a good wipe down for $25 (including tip). When I got my new car, I told myself: hand car washes only. The real real ones, lol. I did end up finding one and had no complaints about their quality of work. But the problem was that they took 3 hours just to do a wash and wax. Plus, I had to wait and walk around a mall that didn't have much going on. I can understand the 3 hour wait for like the ultimate fully loaded detail or something, but just for a wash and wax?? Waste of time. That's when I turned to Yelp and decided to give Keith a call after reading all the 5 star reviews. Keith and his wife do such a great job and we are impressed every single time! Our cars are always spotless and shiny, inside and out. They do a good job removing the dog hair as well. No complaints! Love that they come to our house so that I no longer have to waste time waiting somewhere and being bored. Now I can easily do chores around the house while they are cleaning our cars. I'm not familiar with car cleaning products, but I do appreciate that they don't use the greasy stuff like other places I have gone to in the past. The paint was in good condition before he started but it's incredible how much better it looked when he was done. I requested the Diamond detail with the paint sealant option, especially due to living in LV's hot, dry climate. They both worked seamless together. Keith and his wife, owners of Famous Auto Detailing came out to my home today and beautifully detailed my cars. When they pulled up, the first thing I noticed was the high level of shine on their Jeep- a good rolling ad for their services! They arrive fully self-contained/self-sufficient- they use their own power, own spot free water, and of course, all of the necessary detailing products. They arrived when they said they would, explained their process and then did their magic. They hand washed the cars, cleaned the wheels and wheel barrels, vacuumed the interior and trunk, dusted the dash etc., cleaned the windows, lightly clayed the body, waxed and applied a paint sealant. Wow! My car hasn't looked this good since I bought it! I called famous auto detailing really for my son who noticed a bit of oxidation on his roof I thought maybe they could buff it out. Unfortunately it was much more than we thought. I also had a bit of oxidation but mine was in the very early stages. He buffed and waxed and she looks gorgeous. My dingy cream colored leather seats look new. I was amazed that my 2013 car looked brand new when they finished. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Keith and his wife did the most phenomenal job detailing my Yukon Denali to prepare it for sale. This car was my wife's daily driver. She and our two, seven-year-old girls aren't kind to the car's interior to say the least. Keith and Allison are amazing! I had two cars detailed by them for the first time and now am a customer for life! They scheduled and kept their date with me. Both my Mercedes and my Hyundai look better than....better than I can ever remember! The work they do is extremely thorough both inside and out. They even removed some minor scratches and other "wear and tear" that I had on the cars. They are very knowledgeable, have all the right equipment, and know what they're doing. In fact, my Mercedes (which I don't drive enough) battery died and Keith charged it, kept it running while they did the inside of the car, and now, battery is good as ever too! First of all this review is based on color correction and interior detailing I had done about two months ago on my black Audi S6 i had purchased used. I read all reviews and watched videos from the website on Kieth's color correction and the work on the cars looked great and price sounded reasonable as well so decided to go with famous auto. Kieth and his wife arrived on time and went to town but long story short I was pretty disappointed with the outcome. He told me the whole passenger side was almost unworkable cause of previous body work was done so badly and I somewhat understand and don't hold that against him, but what I was disappointed in was the rest of the car still had swirls all over. The car doesn't look like it is color corrected whatsoever and there's literally swirls all over, probably not one inch of the car is not covered in swirls still. I also asked for the interior to be detailed and was pretty disappointed in that result also. The only specific thing I asked for them to pay more attention to was the white stitching on the steering wheel and when they were done it was still yellow and brown so I took it upon myself and simply used baby wipes and that pretty much took care of the job, tbh if I could wipe that down with baby wipes I don't think they did a very good job. It was a little frustrating in the end cause I know he could probably tell I wasn't happy, but Kieth kept giving me excuses to why he couldn't achieve the % of color correction that would be acceptable in my eyes and he kept telling me if I wanted a real color correction without swirls it'll cost me $2,000 that is something I never heard of and if that was the case there would literally be no reason for me to even get this service done and waste my money. In the end there was nothing I could do but pay the man his money but I would definitely not recommend anyone to get color correction done by famous auto. $400 down the drain, well maybe $350 since the job he did was probably worth about 50 bucks. read more

For months now, I've been wanting to get my headlights restored. I finally found Keith and Famous Auto Detailing. I browsed around the website and noticed that the headlight restoration was listed as an add-on service but decided to email him anyway to see if he'd be willing to do the lights without a detail. Keith was so fast at responding and, without hesitation, said he'd be able to work on my lights. It was super easy to make an appointment and also convenient knowing he'd be coming to me! My appointment was scheduled for 9AM on a Saturday. He even emailed and texted me the day before to confirm - being a mobile servicer, it was very reassuring how on point he was. At about 8:40am, I texted him asking him to let me know when he was outside so I could come out to meet him. To my surprise, he was already here early! And he would have waited patiently outside until 9am. I'm glad I texted him early so he didn't have to in that hot sun. He took a look at my lights and estimated how long it would take, then he got straight to work. A little over an hour later, my lights look brand new - just look at the picture! (I forgot to take a "before" picture, but just know the lights were probably 35-40% reduced as compared to now.) He did an excellent job! He didn't know this but I was peeking out the window for a little at the end, just out of curiosity. I saw him put all his tools away. Then as he was doing a last look, I saw that he wasn't satisfied with one spot. He brought the tools back out and kept on working for another good 15-20 minutes until it was perfect. I can tell that Keith is very detailed oriented and has a great work ethic. These traits are why I'm so happy I found Keith to work on my car and why I will be utilizing his services again when the times comes.
