We have used this service over the years and have always had excellent service. After the business was sold we were hesitant but we were very satisfied with James and Fiona. We just scheduled their service again last week and this time it was not the owner that had come out to clean our 2 vehicles it was a hired employee. This time the work was definitely not what we had expected. We had always had our cars look showroom ready, and this time they were not. Still bugs on the front of the bumpers, roof of the SUV still had bird droppings. Door jambs still were dirty. when I asked for them to be clean, he stated that he was not use to using all the different chemicals/cleaners. The wax job was inferior, you could not tell that it was even waxed. I had called James that evening and left a message on his cell phone to let him know what type of service we had received, and we heard nothing back. read more

James and Fiona are great! Paradise Mobile Detail washed two cars and detailed a third for me. Not only were they on time, but they were friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. Most importantly, the work was done well. I'm happy with the washes and the detail. I would definitely have them back again. Oh, and price wise, they are CHEAP! This was by far the worse car wash i have ever paid for and the most expensive. I contacted paradise mobile detail because i wanted a top shelf detail done on my truck, but unfortunately i got nothing but poor work. I do not recommend paradise mobile detail to anyone. You're better off going to a car wash. read more

James is awesome. Emailed him Sunday night in hopes to get my car washed the next morning. He responded almost immediately and was able to come to my office the next day at 11:00. Did an amazing job! I only needed the inside detailed and shampooed, but to my surprise when I came out to my car, he had washed the outside, too! Told him I'd pay extra but he said it wasn't necessary. You don't get service like that very often in Vegas anymore. I have told everyone at work about this place and will definitely be using them again. read more

This is the best service I have received on my car. The customer service was excellent and they both were super helpful on the phone. The pricing is straight to the point and they tell you from the beginning if there will be any additional fees, which I loved! I needed my car done asap and they were here within an hour. The service itself was quick but they definitely did not skip out of detail. Everything was cleaned precisely and thoroughly. My jeep looks better than when I first purchased it. VERY pleased with my experience with Paradise! I got their "Rainy Day Special", and my car's interior looks and smells absolutely terrific. The service is super affordable, and it's hard to beat the convenience of staying at home while the friendly workers do their thing. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the technician was about 15 minutes late for my appointment, but at least I was waiting in the comfort of my own home. Absolutely recommend, and I will be back! :) read more

My Durango looks brand new again! James was even able to get some tar that was stuck on the outside off! Super convenient since they come to me and take cards. So I emailed paradise detailing Friday afternoon, asking if they had an availability for this weekend. James got back to me right away via email and text, stating they had a 330 opening on Saturday. I say okay, plan my day accordingly so I can be home for them to come. I ask him to let me know when he is on his way. 335 comes around, no text, so I text him. He says "be there shortly". At 341 I get a call from someone not him, saying they are all the way by SAMs town and wanted to know the area I live in. Let him know, he says on his way. 349, a call comes in from this person asking if they could come Sunday at 1pm instead. Annoyed, I hesitate but I give them another chance. He shows up today at 120pm. This review is three stars because after all of this, he did a pretty good job. I think the last straw was when it was time to pay, I specifically asked James what forms of payment they took and card was one of them. Let my car detailer know and he had the deer in headlights look, to keep this review from being even longer, I had to drive to an ATM with him following me because he didn't have a card reader...Good work, but I will be using a different company next time for sure. read more
