My husband and I both have memberships here for our vehicles. We used to be members at another car wash, but they were not consistent in their hours and a lot of their vacuums would be broken; not good when you're paying a monthly fee. WOW locations have been proven to be great for the money. They have a location very close to us, but they are also all over the Vegas Valley now. In addition to a terrific wash for my car, they have many more free drying/vacuum stations, complete with mat cleaners. Some locations have air guns so you can blow out all that gunk and dust in your air vents and the black holes next to the front seats, where things disappear. They also provide you with a microfiber towel, air freshener, and dash wipe every time you get a wash. I would give ZERO STARS. I had a membership with wow carwash for over 3 years! Taking my car weekly until their machine broke my passenger side mirror. I quickly got the manager of the carwash and filed a claim. Three days after they called me stating that they would not fix my mirror. They tried to say that my car must have been already like that... my car is 2023 brand new out of the dealership.. I had photos, proof that it happen inside their machine and still they said they weren't responsible. I said I would contact someone to report them and they hung up on me and no longer want to to speak. So now Im stuck paying what theu damaged. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.. I quit Tommy's Car Wash on Ann Road after going there for years. WOW CAR WASH is comparable price for much better service, wash and the amenities they give you each time. The only thing I do not like is the employees load the cars into wash too closely together, their system is less likely to jump the track, yet it can happen! Great place. Glad I changed over plus they have many more locations around the Valley than Tommy's does... Pro tips. You can go online if you have never been to WOW and get a no obligation free car wash. This worked for me before I joined. Then if you get the app, there is a place to sign up for monthly wash packages. You get the first month for a reduced rate. read more

The wash is so thorough it's like a human being hand-scrubbed my car. They provide free rags you can use to dry and even wipe down your car, their vacuum cleaners are powerful, no weak suction here. I want to give kudos to an employee named Issac, who was especially helpful. Between the reliable machine, the extra touches like rags, the strong vacuums, and the good customer service, this Wow Car Wash stands out. If I could give this zero stars I would. WOW Carwash damaged my car and they weren't willing to correct the damage that their equipment caused to my newer car (2022 VW Atlas cross sport). Their machine tore off a piece that was on my back bumper. They claimed that a pre-existing crack was there but there were no pre-existing cracks anywhere. They provided a photo and a video footage of my car going through, hence showed proof that there were no cracks! My auto insurance claims specialist even reviewed the footage, and again, no existence. WOW Car wash continued to deny, deny, deny. I ended up paying out of pocket through the dealership to order the part needed and had them install the small part when it arrived because it was cheaper than paying my $500 deductible. I paid about $200 total. The part that needed to be replaced was a part that just popped right in easily, I could've did it myself. That being said, I cancelled my membership immediately after they showed no accountability or integrity for a part that is probably chump change to them. I am fully aware of the disclaimer they have posted up, however my incident did not fall under any of those categories. It is sad to see the lack of accountability and integrity. read more

It's ridiculous that you could sign up for a membership on site but you can't cancel. And even with the email, confirming that we sent for a cancellation you won't provide a refund given the fact you never even use the car wash after sending that email and you can see that in your system! Great customer service, carwash was fantastic. My tires came out clean. Vacuums are incredible and not so noisy as in some other places. However it was 22 dollars and that sounds like a lot, but she came out so clean. So it's worth it. My tire rims never get cleaned and they did. read more

I was a member. I waited 25 minutes to get to the front of the line, and it was busy. As I entered the wash. A car in front caused the alarm to go off. It stopped the line. When the line started again and as I approached each sprayer and twirling scrubber. It shut off all the while the car in front and back of me was still being washed. The system was shutting down as only I approached each section. After I made it through with only sprinkles of water and soap on my car leftovers from the cars in front and in back of mine. I went around to the office and explained what had just happened. They said that sometimes the system skips cars and there was nothing they could do about it. I asked if I could go through the gate right in front of the office and get back in front of the line. The gate is used for vehicles that need to be exited without being washed. It can also be used to allow cars to go in as well. They told me no but that if I wanted to, I could go to the back of the line and begin again. At this time, the line was down the street longer than it was when I had arrived. All of this was frustrating. However, I could've chalked it up to just bad timing and would've brushed it off and come back the next day.like oh well, stuff happens right! It was the attitudes of the staff and their complete disregard for what just happened. The way they were acting was very non caring, and who cares. I thought, why should I give my hard earned money to them if this is the type of customer service they provide to their members. I canceled my membership right then and there. All the lady said was, "Have a nice day as she walked away. There is better car wash business in town that will treat their customers better. It's too bad. I really enjoyed the location as it is close to my house. But I am very disappointed in the lack of understanding and customer service this place provides. read more
