They lost my bed along with some specialty tools and box of wrench set. How does some one loose a Bed? It shows the incompetence and lack of respect for the clients items. There is no customer service. When I tried to file a claim they provide you a different company number and then they have you wait a few months followed by "sorry we are no longer going to help you " is the result for my attempt to follow the system. Now it's been almost 10 months and I can't' even get in contact with any one. The phone goes to voice mail or it automatically hangs up on you.

By the time we managed to get anything done was just before Christmas. We didn't get completely move out due to holiday plans, then my husbands work schedule, and the weather. we have now been in the hospital since the 31st at midnight. The woman who works there called and asked why our auto payment didn't go through, we told her. She then said that because were wanting to move out she would give us a temporary passcode. If we moved out by end of business day today... Our son is admitted in to the hospital, he would be here right now with his sick son, but no, he's having to deal with this stupid storage unit. We will not be going back, ever, and I will be spreading the word about how we were treated in a time where we NEEDED a little give.
