This deli is awesome. The service is always great, employee's and staff are always friendly and courteous. I've never had a bad meal from there. Every time I go in, I try a different specialty sandwich and have never been disappointed. My favorite's so far are the "JonnyX" and the "BranoBomber". The breakfast sandwiches are also delicious. I love Finns's deli for breakfast and lunch! I have never had a bad sandwich, wrap etc. Finns's catered my graduation party and it was fantastic. They have a BBQ option at a fixed price per guest. It came with all the necessary utensils, tables, table-clothes, condiments etc. The food was delicious and there was plenty to go around (I even had some leftovers, yum!) Everyone was loving it. Finally a great deli in the area! I've lived in Massapequa near this deli for over 10 years and finally some new guys bought it last year, remodeled the store and the entire menu. I get an egg sandwich there everyday instead of stopping at any if the 6 deli's on my way to work. They have great hot steamtable dishes and specialty sandwiches also which are great. My favorite is the 'Jonny X'. I wouldn't hesitate to try them out. I even had them cater my last Superbowl party and my sons birthday party where they bbqed at our house. I usually come here to get subs before I leave on a road trip, but this may be the last time. Sandwiches are always great, BUT the customer service blows. The guy who helped me looked extremely annoyed at something or someone. Everyone is entitled to have a bad day, but don't take it out on the customers buddy. There are way too many other delis around the area to be that rude and expect customers to come back. We go into this deli often for normal routine things, breakfast, sandwiches, etc...The food is always great and the people really do care. This time I went in for something different. Unfortunately a guy in my office passed away and we needed food sent to the family's home in between wakes. The family was immensely impressed. The job done on the platters that they made gave the family an uplifting meal and a break from their sorrow. The owner Michael told me he would make sure it was fine, and I was told it was evident, that the preparers of the food went out of their way to make it right. I know that what I was asking for was not a five course gourmet meal, but a lot of places could have botched it and not had the food there on schedule.
