My kitten is been having diarreha for days and I finally found food and supplements that work thanks a very gentlemen that works at this store. And when I drove up to the store there were 3 people chatting one of them a woman with short red hair immediately told me the store is closed and she cannot let me because corporate changed the closing hours to 8 pm, however on the petco website and Google Sunday hours are 8:30 PM closing time. When I told her that I have an emergency she said "she understands", with zero compassion, I have never encountered such a nasty attitude at this store. She obviously had no care about my emergency and the fact that posted hours are still 8:30 PM everywhere for this location. She had more interest in chatting with her friends than helping a customer that really needed to quickly get a couple of things and get out, I did not come there to shop around for a long time just a quick get in get out trip. I'm disguisted by such behavior which was a true opposite of the other two gentlemen I've been dealing with at this store. I have being going to this store for a few years with all my pet needs because it's closest to my house although I can get better prices at competitors, going forward I will take my business elsewhere.

I should have known she would be like this as when I reached out to her the very first time as a potential new client, she said she would get back to me that night. She didn't. I followed up with her the following day and she didn't even apologize. She simply stated she was out late to dinner. On the plus side, the actual bathing and grooming part was top notch.
