Food is usually great at trucks. Last night, service was poor. My wife ordered the special. Not all ingredients were added to pizza. When asked about it, the guy in the truck said the missing bacon was in the dough. We were skeptical, but left without a fuss. Turns out it was a lie. Nothing in the dough as we suspected. In stead of easily correcting the problem with a quick add of ingredients to the pizza, he opted to lie and dismiss the problem. As fresh as the ingredients were, the dough is what makes the pizza. Theirs is the best I've had. It's simultaneously crisp and chewy, as it's cooked over wood fire. I utilized Fiore for my wedding and I was so happy. They had plenty of options for dairy free and gluten free and lots of different pizzas and appetizers to choose from. They brought plates and napkins and did it all for our big day. Their pricing was fair as well. The customer service was so easy to work with on planning, menu, invoices etc. The only downside was I was so busy with my day I didn't get to indulge as much as I'd like. Really disappointed in the overall customer service. Was told our pizza was going to be about 10-15 minutes...ended up waiting 50 minutes and we STILL didn't get it PLUS there were others before us who were waiting for over an hour so we already knew we'd be there well over an hour waiting, it was seriously so Ridiculous!!! They could have also called peoples names out loud as everyone there (the customers) were talking to each other and trying to figure out whose name it was. Amazing for our son's wedding, which had 160 guests! The pizza was great!! They started right on time and even cooked some extra pizzas at the end to send home with the bride and groom. Everyone raved about the pizza, and everyone got full. The Bianco was a favorite! I looked at about 10 different restaurants and caterers, and Fiore had the best price by far. Delicious and high quality pizza for sure! The dough and crust are nice and chewy. I usually don't eat the crust on my pizza but I did tonight. The crust tasted great on its own. I got a pepperoni pizza. The pepperoni had a little spice to it. It had a great spice in the pepperoni that added depth to it. The sauce had nice seasonings in it to compliment the pizza. My little boy got a cheese pizza. He's not a big eater but ate three pieces of his pizza. He said it was yummy pizza! My husband got the Bianco pizza. It had some olive oil on the crust- yum! I had a bite of his pizza because it looked really good. I pre-ordered our pizzas since the pizza truck was in our neighborhood. I just had to drive over to the pizza truck at our designated time and pick up the pizza. It was neat to see them making pizzas in the glass truck. Fiore food truck visited my job for lunch and because it was a convenient lunch option, I decided to check it out. I have to admit it, I was skeptical about trying out Fiore pizza because the food truck didn't seem very appealing and I couldn't see a grill from the exterior so I was nervous they would slab some tomato sauce, cheese and toppings on a distasteful, pre-made crust but that was not the case. I ordered the pepperoni pizza and the Margherita pizza. Both pizza's came out pretty quickly which was exciting. The pepperoni pizza was perfectly cooked, cheesy and savory. it had the perfect amount of that 'char' taste you get on chargrilled pizza. However, I like to add a little bit of extra parmesan cheese but unfortunately they didn't have any. The Margherita pizza on the other hand lacked flavor and it was a little bit dry. I wish they had added more cheese and fresh basil. The crust was perfectly cooked to where you wouldn't mind eating the crust alone but the consistency of the pie of pizza wasn't as desirable as I wish it would've been. read more

I was so excited to try this food truck only to be disappointed on multiple levels. Service: Very slow. Somewhat unsanitary. I placed my order and was told it would take 20-24 minutes. This already was longer other than other food trucks from which I have received wood fire pizza, but only by a few minutes. After 35 minutes I still had not received my order and inquired as to how much longer. Turns out a lot longer. 25 more minutes. It took an hour to get my pizza. So 1 hour total, I do not even have to wait that long for food in a sit down restaurant! There were only two workers. One person did both the preparation AND cooking which resulted in only one pizza being made and then fired at a time. Very inefficient considering the number of people at my office building hoping to get pizza. Additionally, the person taking order and payment (operating the register, jotting down names & orders, and handing an ipad back and forth between himself and customers) would occasionally hop back and start spinning some pizza dough into crusts -WITHOUT ever WASHING his hands or applying gloves. He would also touch and hand out the pizzas unboxed to customers with the aforementioned bare unwashed hands. Food: Poorly Prepared. After waiting an hour for my pizza it was handed to me completely black and burnt to a crisp. It was also "drizzled" with so much olive oil it pooled up on top of the pizza and flooded the too small plate immediate coating my hand and dripping onto my pants and shoes. My coworker had to place a stack of napkins on top to stem the overflow. It was so crispily burnt that biting into it caused it to crumble to charcoaled dust. The ingredients looks like they would have been of good quality had they not been overcooked and drowned in oil. Ambiance: Poor. The wait time stated for receiving food was completely inaccurate. If for some reason they were short staffed, fine, but say that. Be honest/accurate and say that it will take an hour to get pizza instead, not tell someone 20 min. Our lunch break is only 30 minutes long. Waiting an hour to get food from a truck that is supposed to be convenient was ridiculous. Additionally, the staff did not provided and update on food taking longer than expected, nor was there any apology for it taking more than twice as long as they had told (and were still telling!) customers. Having to wait an hour for a burnt oil bathed very small pizza for which I had to pay an exceptionally high price was not at all worth my time nor money. I will not be returning nor will I recommend this truck to anyone. Neither will my two co-workers who had the same experience. read more

Fiore's prices were very affordable. They worked around the wedding ceremony schedule staying back while prepping the fire and even adjusted the serving schedule the day of the wedding, as some guests started to get food before we had officially started to serve food. We had Fiore Pizza at my daughter's wedding reception in Provo. It was a complete success! The truck itself is interesting. It is a large truck, with a rustic look, with full visibility on the side to see the prep area and wood-fired oven. You can watch them prep and cook the pizzas. We served Margarita, New York, Smores, and Apple pizzas, which were very good. There was excellent communication and customer service. During the planning phase, we appreciated their assistance in figuring out how much food we would need for 180 people. They were right on the estimates; we only took six pizzas home. The truck arrived precisely on time; two Pizzaiolos made excellent food and kept the pizzas coming until our agreed cut-off time. Our guests loved the truck and the food. I loved that it was "hands-off" for us. No setup, take down, cleaning... no hassle. The cost per guest was reasonable. I recommend and would certainly use them again. read more

Maybe we as a society are asking too much of the Food Truck industry. I mean, geez, we expect someone to haul around WOOD-FIRED PIZZA OVENS and drive it to our malls and office complexes. First, it took almost 30 minutes to get my pizza. Yeah, I get it, it's wood-fired, but c'mon. Second, no drinks. It was 95 degrees at lunch today here in South Jordan ... you should at least have bottled water if not a few fizzy beverages. Third, they don't do "lighter on the burn" ... a few asked for it, but we all got it good and blackened like the masses. Still, it comes down to taste. I ordered the special of the day: the Sweet and Spicy Pork Pizza. It was a lovely mix of pulled pork, mozzarella, red bell pepper, red onion, pineapple, and their special creamy cilantro sauce (which puts the Cafe Rio dressing to shame). Even though blackened, I didn't get an overwhelming burnt taste. Instead it was sweet as promised, had a warmth of spiciness, and was grand with every bite. First, the good: the pizza is good, the crust is good and the toppings add a lot to it. It's not the best pizza, but for pizza made in essentially a box truck, it's good. If it was just the pizza I would give 4 stars. But that's it, that's all the good I associate with this place. The bad: the first bad experience my wife went to grab us some pizza because it sounded good and we had been a month or two before. She grabbed some cash and took went to grab it. My wife waited in line for about 30 minutes for them to only tell her they don't accept cash. She said they were very rude about it and condescending that she didn't have her card on her. This is a FOOD TRUCK and their prices are such that the tax rounds it up to a whole dollar. They wouldn't have to give change besides cash... this seemed absurd to us. Almost all other food trucks accept cash. Their pizzas are also overpriced, normally we are willing to pay a little extra for small business. They are absolutely overpriced, but not absurdly so, maybe a couple dollars. We waited a few months and went back this week 3/9/21. We were so excited to have it. They were busy and I understand that, but I waited over 30 minutes to get one pizza. The whole time I was watching them give their pizza to everyone in front of me in boxes. I watched them take my pizza out of the oven and let it sit for five minutes before they got it prepared to go. When they called my name I went to pick it up and it was on a plate with another plate on top of it. Keep in mind that every pizza before this came out in a box. I asked the guy working if I could get it in a box because I was taking it in the car. He looks at me and says, "No, I'm way too busy." I was just asking for a box to take it in my car... I've worked in customer service a lot in my life. This wasn't that big of an ask. If you can't do that obviously you don't care about your customers. If you are concerned because it takes time to build boxes, why weren't they built in the prep for day? In every kitchen I've worked in, fast food, coffee shop, a grill, we have always prepped way more non perishable items than we thought we would need. So this is poor management, planning, customer service. Just bad all around. If all you want is good pizza, then this place might be for you, but I'd you want a good experience where they even act like the care about you and get your order out in a timely manner, you'll want to consider somewhere else. read more
