We called to order a very late supper at 10:00pm. At 11:15 I called to ask when we could expect the delivery. The person on the phone said, "Oh they aren't there yet? Oh, wait, let me check something. I'm so sorry ma'am that this is taking so long. The driver should be to you very soon." I took this to mean they other forgot to make the order or they forgot to send the order out for delivery. Twice the delivery guy called to ask, "where are you. Dalton Street, Court, IDK". I told him Dalton Court. He said oh, let me just put my GPS on and maybe I can find it that way." Are you freaking ' serious??? How about loading your GPS at the restaurant before heading out, genius?? At 11:30pm, we called the store and cancelled the order. 1 1/2 hrs later. Then the manager calls and tried to get us to accept the delivery. After all this??? NUH UH. NO SUH. So we tell the manager we want the card refunded and she hangs up on us. She hung up on us for something that was ENTIRELY THEIR FAULT‼ While this restaurant was under original ownership, this would never have happened. I called to placed a delivery order and I was very pleased. The food came fast and it was hot and the delivery driver was able to find our apartment without any problems. We ordered the shrimp scampi and the shrimps were HUGE! We also ordered the ravioli plate, the teriyaki cheese sub, hot garlic wings, and mild buffalo wings. I guess my first review was a lucky order. Since I have moved to the neighborhood I have ordered many more times. The problem is the order is never correct, dont bother selecting stuff , the ignorant people that make the food just throw stuff in a bag. If you have a preferred flavor of wings order everything but that flavor that way your sure to get it. These people suck at their jobs to the point where it's obviously intentional. They dont care about the customers and you shouldn't care to do business with them. There's plenty of hard working ,clean, people out there that deserve your biz. This food and the service here are pretty horrible. I find it hard to believe some are giving it five stars.... probably employees or friends of the owners. Anyways, I ordered a large chicken tender pizza and a an order of chicken tenders. Service is not friendly at all and the woman at the counter acted quick and brut with me. So the food... chicken tenders were soggy and flimsy (they were not well done like I asked for). I've eaten better chicken tenders from Six Flags! Same goes for the chicken on the pizza as it was the same type. The only good thing about the pizza was the crust. It was delicious and had lots of garlic and flavor ... probably better than Domino's crust. However there was barely any cheese on the pizza and too much sauce. I would have rather ate it the other way around any day. I won't order from here again. So here we are again, we decided to order dinner from here early, they get busier as the night goes, and omg again - no. We ordered online, easier and faster than talking to someone. We got - wings, 2 steak bombs, Mac n cheese bites, French fries (special ones) & a BLT. Get there after 30 minutes, nothing done. Wait, wait wait- total - almost 80$! Husband didn't question it and we leave. We live on the other side of Lowell, takes about 10-15 to get home. Open up the three bags - we got a plate of soggy Mac n cheese- no Mac n cheese bites. Steak bomb was a large, we wanted 2 mediums. BLT - so soggy the bread opened on both sides and everything fell out. The kicker, no fries that cost over 8$. Looking at the total online, should've been around 60$ but they upgraded that steak bomb apparently and charged us for it and Mac n cheese bites turned to Mac n cheese plate which was 14$! Like wtf. Not to mention no fries. My husband isn't confrontational, so he wouldn't let me call, but we won't be back. Really was not impressed with the delivery that my coworkers and I got this evening. Our order included a teriyaki cheese steak, bacon and cheese steak fries, and an order of fried dough bites, which come with a side of icing. The sub had no teriyaki sauce, which was slightly annoying but I didn't see the need to make them remake a whole sub and redeliver just for the sauce, so I was going to just eat it as is. But then the cheese fries were spicy instead of steak fries.. and instead of icing, our fried dough bites came with ranch (?!). I called back and they put a manager on who was apologetic and offered to remake everything and sent it back out. This time, there was so much teriyaki sauce on the sub that the sub roll was sopping and the icing was fresh out of the refrigerator. Since they did not bring new fried dough bites, we had to use the ones that had gotten cold and chewy. Not very good. :( read more

Stopped here for take out on a Thursday night. The front is unassuming, but we had a Groupon and had heard some great things! The guys at the counter were all very friendly. We ordered a large extra cheese pizza, and a chicken broccoli Alfredo penne pasta dish which came with garlic bread. The pizza was outstanding. Great crust with a light sauce and lots of cheese. Never again. I have nothing good to say. We ordered a steak and cheese sub, Italian sub and a bag of chips. The steak and cheese barely had meat, my Italian sub was cut like a sandwich so EVERYTHING fell out and my bag of chips which was $3.00, ended up being a small 25 cent bag. When I called the girl she was clueless. She told me the bag of chips was suppose to be a dollar and they cut the subs that way now. What happened to this place!!! I know the Fiorello family sold it but they should remove the name!So I ordered food to pick up. I'm told 15 minutes. I get there it's not ready ok so as I'm waiting and waiting and I'm watching them work touching everything under the sun with the same gloves on not changing them once. Not just one person but 3 of the 4 never did. The fourth person was preparing food with no gloves on. That is just gross if you ask me!!! I'm surprised no one has been sick. It's dirty and the place is falling part. Board of health and building inspector should pay them a visit. I have been buying food from here for a long time but this is the last time I do. Fio's has always been my to go to spot when I'm craving for subs, pizza, etc. People who usually picks up the phone are always rude, but I let it slide because I'm sure they're busy. If I get my foods delivered, we make sure to always give 20% tip because the old guy is always nice. Tonight though was uncalled for. My husband went and picked up our order today instead of having it delivered. He gave the guy at the register exact change and while walking out, he called my husband a sucker. I've been ordering from Fios for years it's always been a go to place for steak and cheese for me. I've noticed that people have been not so enthusiastic about their experiences with Fios so I thought it was time I added my opinion. My boyfriend and I tend to order out when we work late and have lost the ambition to cook, recently we've been ordering from Fios more and more. The steak and cheeses will always be bomb but the other night we wanted pizza instead. We have a go to pizza place but decided to order at Fios anyways. We couldn't be happier the pizzas we got were insanely delicious! I was even able to get my personal favorite Fried Eggplant on my pizza. I really like ordering from Fio's, but tonight was not okay. I waited over an hour for an order of a calzone, small mozzarella sticks, and a sausage sub. Then, when the guy finally showed up, all that came was the calzone. So he told me that his boss insisted I didn't pay. So I tipped the very nice delivery man (an older Asian man who was very nice) and accepted the calzone. But then another person came and knocked on the door 10-15 mins later. Asking for the full amount I was supposed to pay. He said it was okay and was very nice about everything, and didn't make me pay. But I just wish the communication was better. I called them up upon looking at the area. I wished to discover who was open long and beyond others who close by 5pm in an area called a city and sometimes wrongfully. They were open, I was excited and so I began to order. I placed my order. I left an uber tip for the driver and when I opened my order I was left with pork and flab in two submarine rolls I never ordered. They accused ME, Me of of persons of ordering pork like subs I never did and did not care at all so long as they could close the night without any other transaction. If i could give them fewer stars, I would. Terrible terrible place. I can't count the number of times we've tried to give Fio's the benefit of the doubt and assume its just an "off" night for them, and then ended up disappointed. Last night was the last straw. At 11:50 we were still sitting and waiting for the pizza and salad we ordered at 8:30 (they originally told us it would be here by 9:05, 9:15 the latest, and then continued to change the time each of the 4 times I called). The food is always sub-par but the delivery guys are nice enough, so we kept trying and just hoped they would get it together. Shame on us, I guess. The past two times our food DID arrive, the cheese was completely off the pizza itself and pushed up against the cardboard. They've also given us the completely wrong order before. A few months ago my boyfriend ordered food from them and fell asleep before it ever actually arrived and they never refunded his order. On top of everything, there is zero consistency in their orders. I always order a Cesar salad.... sometimes it has homemade dressing and sometimes it just comes with a packet of Kens dressing. Sometimes the chicken is marinated and sometimes it isn't. Sometimes they completely forget the chicken all together. I'm honestly embarrassed to have not complained about this place earlier and to have kept ordering from them so many times after being constantly disappointed. So there are different types of eateries in this world; places that impress, like where you would take a date (and all those that TRY to be in this category) and then there are places where you go (or order from) to EAT. Fio's falls into the latter category. This place is indulgent and does everything a pizza/sub shop should do; cheap, big portions and lightning fast delivery. They won me over with this cheesesteak they have.... it's got a creative name - I forget what it's called - and it has steak, cheese (duh), sausage, pepperoni and ham. Yum! Totally over the top and totally delicious. I've also had their onion rings (delicious) and their "fio's special" pizza which basically has all the meats (including bacon, hamburger and pretty much everything else) and peppers and onions. Totally awesome, though the crust could have been just a touch crispier. All in all, this is a great place and in spite of it's nasty appearance in a bad area (which you shouldn't have to see if you order delivery) this is a jewel of fast and greasy food in Lowell. read more

I'm assuming the delivery fee is a ridiculous $3.00 more which is fine until the driver expects to be tipped an extra $3. I give the delivery man $20 and expecting change so I can formally tip him but without a word he hands me my $20 cheese pizza and walks off. I ask why the total came out to $3 more than advertised and he said for delivering. That seems redundant as being tipped is usually because of delivery. Essentially I paid twice for delivery. This place is somewhat of a hit or miss. They make good chicken finger subs...not the best, but good. Their pizzas are not as good as their competition's. It is somewhat of a typical pizza/sub shop, but somewhat of a notch down from the other near by pizza/sub shops. I lived right next to this place, so I saved by walking here instead of waiting for delivery from some other place that would always forget a part of our order (but had good food).
