I was really excited to try this place based on their unique menu, but it wasn't my favorite. We ordered 4 pizzas for delivery, and they were a little cold by the time we got them which didn't help. We ordered a Margherita, fig and pig, carnivore, and prosciutto and arugula. A few of them had several burnt spots on the crust and bottom, but nothing that ruined a whole slice. The Margherita was probably the favorite amongst the group! The pizzas are thin, and we ordered 4 for the 6 of us. I'd love to try other foods on the menu and come back to dine in person. read more

I ate here last night for the first time an the food was DELICIOUS! I was torn between three pizzas, but I am glad I went with the Spicy Goat! My wife got the Greek Spaghetti which was also really good and we split a salad with burrata *chef's kiss*. Pizza is great but the service is horrendous! Drove from Washington DC for this pizza because I've had it several times before and loved it. Paid 18 bucks for a pizza that's not even that big. The pizza comes with hot honey. I ordered a Togo and checked the pizza when I left. The pizza looked like it didn't have hot honey on it so I went back inside to ask for a side of it. The host didn't handle it well. She when requested I open the pizza in front of her to prove there was no hot honey. Then she points out a small drizzle on the crust. I've gotten this pizza for several years and there was always hot honey drizzled all over the pizza. The host then takes it from me and takes it to the chief who then touches the pizza. I asked for additional hot honey and they said an additional 2 dollar change on top of the 18 dollar small pizza. I felt like they didn't care at all that I was disappointed about the pizza and that the host and chief tried to cause a scene about it. read more

First time ordering from here. The pizza is good although toppings were sparse. The thin crust doesn't travel well. Suggest you have your oven heated for when pies arrive so you can crisp up the crusts. My husband said his career salad was good though kind of hard to screw up a lettuce and cheese c salad (with store bought croutons). My kale salad was not so good. First time I've had a kale salad where baby kale was used. Baby kale leaves are small and have prominent stems which are not enjoyable to chew. Curly kale can easily be stripped away from the woody stem making it much more preferable for a salad. There salad was supposed to have avocado but there was none. It had a few sliced strawberries (not listed on the menu), a tiny bit of goat cheese and a heavy dose of salty crumbled bacon. If there were candied pecans in the salad, I didn't notice any. The Champagne vinaigrette was awful, definitely not homemade, so I used some if my own dressing. The tiramisu made up for it, though. Would go back for the pizza and tiramisu. read more

This has become our go to place. The staff all wear masks and are very good at distancing the tables inside. The service is spot on and the food comes out quickly . The carne asada fries were amazing and the pizza was good too. They have gluten free pizza and can make other items GF as well. Love this place! My gf and I have been here twice and have loved it each time. Happy hour is EVERY DAY from 12-630 with half off all apps and $2 off all beer and rail drinks. We have had a couple of the pizzas and both were . Even the vegana was pretty good. The crust is just crunchy enough with a little chewiness in it. Prices are very reasonable. As my wife and I took our 2 daughters on a family stroll on this beautiful day we wanted pizza. The experience was very humble and professional once we walked in. Outside had a nice seating but from our walk in the sun we all decided to eat inside with the air being a comfortable cool. Our waiter "LIZ" was amazing. Very positive and friendly which had my family enjoy the experience there even more perfect. The food was all great I even sent a thank you to the cook. I just got home from dinner here tonight and I feel absolutely compelled to leave this 5 star review. I hardly ever leave positive or negative reviews for anywhere but this time I had to... We walked in without a reservation and were told it would be 45 minutes for a party of 2, they got us seated in only 15 minutes. Great start. The server was familiar with the wine my wife ordered and described it perfectly, and I got an IPA from Aslin brewing and he even mentioned that he was in love with that beer at the moment, both of our drinks were really good. Get the "Mottz" sticks. They are the best mozzarella sticks I have ever had in my life!!! And I order these all around RVA and anywhere I go. Each log is as big as Shaq's fingers and they are made in house. So so good. Loaded with cheese, crispy and flavorful breading. Our beet and burrata salad was so fresh, creamy, perfectly seasoned. I got the spicy chicken pizza (on special) and it was perfectly crispy, spicy, tangy, I loved it. But my wife's pizza was even better. She got the spicy goat pizza (on special)....perfect combination of spicy, sweet (hot honey drizzle!!!), and you gotta love the cup pepperonis. All the food was hot and came out super fast!! But the highlight of this review was our server, Chris. My wife and I have been eating out a lot in RVA for over a decade, and Chris was legit one of the best servers we have ever had. He was funny, super informative, had good suggestions, and was SUPER fast with anything we asked for (box for the leftover mozzie sticks, ranch for pizza, bag for unfinished bottle of wine, etc.). On top of that, this man was grinding out a Friday night shift on his birthday!!! Chris, we will not forget you, you are a master of your craft. Never checked in after food was dropped off. Water went empty. Then we sat there staring at all of the servers/manager standing in the corner of the room as we waited for them to notice us and offer our check. Finally I approached the manager and asked for it.
