A few days before installation, Julie called from the office and let us know the name of our tech (Jared) and their ETA. Jared and his team were very knowledgeable and considerate. Tarps were laid on our tile before work began, and the workers showed up on time everyday. On the days of inspection, Steve from Integrity came out again and waited patiently to walk the inspector through our project. The customer service is just as terrible as their workmanship. When I called them to address these major issues, they claimed they didn't even have me in their system! I looked up the company and saw they pretty much do everything. We were in the process of working with another company who suggested we needed an upgraded system and electrical panel.
