He quickly submitted a detailed quote including everything he'd do, including cleaning not only my exterior windows but the screens, frames, and sills as well, but also answered my multiple follow-up questions too. After reviewing other quotes, I hired Nathan and set up an appointment a few days later. He arrived right on time and did an amazing job on my windows! I don't even think I realized how dirty those darned windows were, but the difference was impressive. I was so impressed with Nathan that I booked him for next weekend to come clean my roof. The day before the cleaning, the owner contacted me, asking if the cleaning could be done a little later in the day. I agreed to this. Then the owner contacted me again, asking to do the cleaning at the original time. I was amenable to that. The morning of the scheduled cleaning, the owner texted me saying they wouldn't be able to do the cleaning until later in the month. What a joke! I obviously do not recommend this business.

It took me awhile to find Roy, aka Matthew, but when I did I hit the jackpot. He helped me over the phone one afternoon while he was working, then again at night by text when I hadn't expected to hear back until the following day or who knows... perhaps never. With his help I bought a clamp but he was concerned about the photo I sent fearing with good reason the clamp would only be a temporary fix. So he came the next afternoon, put the clamp on and then crawled under the house to ascertain the extent of my problem. When he emerged he told me exactly what needed to be done and that he would return to fix it as soon as his schedule allowed. He returned six days later and did exactly as he described in record time! Then he even put all the dirt back into the enormous hole. In addition to doing a fantastic job, what we love about the Charly's Painters team is their dependability and transparency. They're also very communicative and responsive to even detailed questions and concerns. They're honest and will do as they promise. The only thing I suggest is for them to change their name from Charly's Painters to Charly's Construction or some other name suggestive of a broader set of skills and capabilities--because they're not only great at painting but also in stucco wall repair, building, electrical, and other construction jobs.
