They never have a steady schedule so you're never promised a break, I called in sick because me and my daughter has the stomach flu and they still tried calling me in after I told them I kept throwing up and said they'd deduct my pay if I didn't come in. You or your child will get sick here often either for working or placing your child. There was 4/5 year olds in the 3's classroom and has 2's coming in as well that weren't potty trained and there's no changing table in the room, and they'd go hours without a diaper change. They said they'd help send them back but never did. Never followed states law about ratio, I was with the 2's and it's 1 teacher: 11 kids, and they would have 16 kids with me by myself and knew other teachers like the tods and infants were bad as well and a baby went 6/7 hours without a bottle since she was alone until I came in and she had 10 infants! All by her self to watch, feed, burp and hold. Just would give this place -100/10 for working and to place your child! Never trust them even though it's a Christian learning based, they never practiced God's word only did a prayer! I only lasted here a month, waste of my time!

I am a first time mom and let me just tell you, I cried every single day for weeks leading up to the end of my maternity leave. I was absolutely terrified to leave my 3 month old baby girl in someone else's care. You always hear the bad things about daycare, but let me just tell you my fears completely went away after the first few days of my baby being at Primrose. You can tell that the entire staff genuinely cares about their job and about the children. That put my mind and my heart at ease. And let me just say, Ms. Cameron, Ms. Martinez, and Ms. Jeffery are the BEST! They are so warm and kind to all of the babies in their care. They love their job and they care so much for each and every baby in their class. I had previously spoken to management about concerns with constant reports over minor things involving my children. After that conversation, the environment toward me changed. I wasn't being greeted in the morning carol and Melanie both managers would look me in the face and not say anything. I don't know the reason of the change when I only addressed my concerns regarding my kids. The following week after I raised concerns, my 2-year-old daughter was injured while in their care and her arm was dislocated (nursemaid's elbow). I was later told that a toddler teacher, Leilani, had pulled my child by the arm, which led to the injury. What is most concerning is that I was never notified at the time of the incident, and no one informed me when I picked her up. I only realized something was wrong after noticing my child in pain myself. I called the daycare to find out what happened they then told me they had an incident report but did not notify me. The next day, when I went back to address the situation, the director, Carol, stated that they brought my daughter to the front, iced her arm, and moved it around, and claimed she showed no signs of pain so they didn't believe it was serious. However, that does not align with what I witnessed. My child was clearly in pain, when I attempted to move her arm, she cried. She was also walking around holding her arm, which should have been a clear sign something was wrong. I was then told by Melanie that the toddler teacher Leilani called in sick. I know that is not true. The daycare is hiding something and wanted to save the teacher and keep her from saying anything that didn't align with what the director told me happened. They also claim they can't go back on the cameras. My child was left for approximately 2-3 hours with a dislocated arm without me being notified. As a parent, that is extremely alarming and unacceptable. This lack of communication and accountability is deeply concerning. Parents deserve honesty and immediate notification when their child is hurt.
