We have a yearly scheduled fire alarm inspection, they called and left a message they are 30min away. I waited for about a hour. No one showed up, so i called to see if they were still coming. They said since I didn't answer the phone there routed the tech to somewhere else. I told the person on the phone at no point in the message said to call them back or the service call will be cancel.
