An excellent dinning experience. Pizza is very fresh with an awesome crust (no doubt from the brick oven) and unbelievable toppings, both tasty and big. They offer many specialty pizzas but the chicken Florentine is amazing, the basil pesto sauce and Bell pepper toppings are to die for. The pizza here was amazing. I ordered using the Yelp app and it was delivered much quicker than the estimate they gave me. I got the spinach and artichoke dip, which was ok, and the mushroom and thyme pizza, which was outstanding! The crust was that perfect wood-fired crunchy crust. I live in Dallas and took the leftovers home with me. That should tell you something. read more

Was looking for something new and Fire Slice didn't disappoint. I had the wings to start with and they were awesome. Meal time came the baked ravioli and it hit the spot. The Blanche Brussels Belgian white beer was a smooth wheat beer and it was perfect for the meal. I recommend this place to anyone and the bartender Tristian was great as well. read more

In town on business and went and sat at the bar and had a few beers and a pizza. I just had the pepperoni pizza and it was delicious. Nice atmosphere and great, friendly staff. It's right off coulter and I-40 so it's an easy meal if you are passing through and need a break from the road. Tremendous beer selection as well. Definitely recommend. read more

Nice place to eat in Amarillo. The food is good and I love the live music. Everything we have had has been great. Just wish there was a bit more selection on the dessert menu. As other reviewers have noted, this restaurant is in an unusual location (alley behind a strip mall). The pizza was decent- thin crust, crispy, and fair amount of toppings. Service was good, although they weren't that busy when I went (late Saturday night). Someone told me that the pizza doesn't keep well for leftovers (crust becomes like cardboard, so they said), so I ate the entire pizza at the restaurant. It's not too much for one person. Some of the best pizza I've ever had. The Honeybomb (I believe was its name) was incredible. Shared that with calamari, the Texan panini, and a caprese salad. Everything was delicious! This is perhaps the best place to eat pizza in Amarillo whether you live here or you are stopping here on a road trip to grab a quick bite. The place is slightly difficult to find (behind a shopping center). The environment is very relaxing with some background music (there is also live music on certain nights). This place is great for 2 or a group since they have a bar, long tables, and regular, square tables. The staff is very nice and helpful. I have been here on two occasions. I've had the calamari as an appetizer and the La Primavera, Ortaggio, Goodfella, and the Mullet for pizza. Everything was delicious. I usually don't eat the crust when I eat pizza but the crust is perfect here. The pizza crust is not greasy. You can also do half and half for your pizza. Definitely recommend this place. read more

This place is hard to find but worth the effort! It's behind the shopping center, people! In the alley behind the center. Brick oven pizza - we had the Caprese salad and combo pizza and a bottle of Ruffino Chianti. All was delicious and a shout out to our waiter Garrett for excellent service and he plugged the sister restaurant as a wood-fired pizza.
