Finally, a location near me! By far the best service I've ever received. Grand opening and for as busy as it was, the team got our food out in a very timely manner. I went to the soft opening yesterday (07/09/22). Everyone at the front was very welcoming, especially the owner. I ordered the peanut butter which had been my go-to for the longest time ever since I tried fire wings years back, and the fire wing flavors. Both were extremely good They were advertising some deals on Monday and Tuesdays if I'm not mistaken, will definitely come back again to try them! I came literally the last 10mins before they closed so maybe that was on me. I ordered noddles and 25 piece chicken when I say the chicken was sooooooooooooooooooo hard it literally made no sense we couldn't even eat the food. i couldnt take the food back due to it already being closed So we basically didnt eat and was out of $40. On top of that they gave us alllll drums !! something I NEVER asked for. The wings are great. Good variety. However....I placed an order before noon, was told it would be ready for pickup in 10 minutes. A receipt showing I had paid my bill, along with a code number to verify pickup, was emailed to me. So far, so good. Drove there, picked up my order, food was delicious. So far they rate 5 stars. Two hours later I get an email showing that SAME AMOUNT charged to DOOR DASH! I have never used DOOR DASH. I don't have an account with DOOR DASH. So where was this coming from? Am I being double billed? For some service that I have never used? I called DOOR DASH. They assured me that ALL the orders for Fire Wings get charged to DOOR DASH. And that I would not be double billed. So now I have to monitor my credit card account to be sure I am not charged twice. I don't understand this crazy policy, sending me a receipt for a bill charged to the Fire Wings store, then sending ANOTHER receipt several hours later charged to a company service that I do not use, have not used, and will never use ! The chicken wings were a bit over seasoned which made them a little too salty and the garlic noodles were bland the seasoned fries were much better but soggy when you take them to-go. Like their original hot better than Wingstops version, and I like the Wingstop hot sauce. . Curry wings are a dry rub and are so flavorful and amazing. Got take out for my family on the grand opening day, about an hour till closing. We got the garlic parmesan, Peking, and salt and pepper wings. They were so good! Best wings we have ever had!! Okay So today was my first time trying fire wings. I saw it had opened and wanted to try! I went in and ordered a 8pc combo that came with a fry and drink ! I had Mango Habanero and the Jamaican Jerk! They were both hecka good lol ! My favorite was for sure the Jamaican jerk! The flavor is so bold , it really has that jerk flavor taste! The mango habanero was also really good !!! I also ordered a side of garlic Fries! The garlic fries were also REALLY good ! They make a garlic sauce and it's poured over the fries. Only thing that could maybe change is the fries are really f greasy. The top crunchy but the bottom kind of sits in a lot of grease . So the bottom fries are soggy... First, this place has the best wings I've ever had. With that said, I will never order food from this restaurant again. I just finished my dine-in lunch and was subjected to some of the most vulgar songs I've ever heard. The songs that played on their internal audio system were full of the "N-word" and derogatory names for women. I gave feedback to the person behind the counter. She said she couldn't do anything about it. As I finished my meal, a song came on about the singer needing oral sex which was stated over and over again in explicit language. A lady had walked in with her young daughter and the music continued to propagate. It is so sad that this establishment has embraced the absolute worse parts of the music culture and made it BAU for their customer experience. An extremely rude girl asked a whole bunch of questions that made it feel like i was trying to steel my food she had me tell her my full name on order then the full order just to ask if I had the confirmation text . Why not just ask for that from the beginning .she also did not greet and had wired attitude . She had done the same to my sister in law a couple weeks back didn't speak she wouñd ask questions and it would be a ride one word answer . This has happened multiple times .
