I wrote this review on 11/10/2024 right after getting fire wings that day. Today is 11/30/2024. It has been 20 days--over 2 business weeks. I though I would recieve an email back since I wrote this review throught the Fire Wings site but nobody reached out since. --- Hello, my name is Brian Gee and today I was really excited to try this locations Fire Wings with my family. See the first time I tried Fire Wings was in the 6625, Pacific Ave, Stockton, CA 95207 Location. And it was one of the best wings I've ever tried. Granted it's been a few years (2 maybe 3) but I remember how delicious and juicy the wings were as well as the fries. So when I found out that a location opened here in Pittsburg, I had to show my family what they were missing out on! I spoke so highly of how good the wings were, how big and delicious, how it's better than Wingstop or even the newly opened Bonchon in Brentwood. HOWEVER, when we got our meal we were shocked by what we saw. We ordered a 20 Family Pack Bone In - 10 Dragon, 5 Louisiana Rub, and 5 Lemon Pepper along with a side of Garlic Noodles. Now when we opened our meal I and my entire family were beyond disappointed when we saw not 20 big wings but small little bite sized wings. I don't know if the size changed from normal sized to these little tiny pieces but I was mortified seeing it. I almost wondered if this was some sort of error or joke since there's no way this could be the same place as the one I tried before. My first thought seeing it was "By 'family size' maybe they meant a family of mice" given by how tiny each wing were!! I kid you not McDonalds chicken nuggets are a bigger size than the wings we were given. I think even my thumb was bigger than all the wings in the container we were given. Our meal was disappointing to say the least. These bite sized wings were dry due to how small they were, the Lemon Pepper was weirdly more salty than lemon pepper? (idk how that was even possible). These 20 bite sized wings were not enough to feed me and my family. I loved your food but I'm sorry this wasn't a good enough meal to cost near $40-50. And nobody was happy with what we ate or spent tonight. I will upload the photos that I managed to take tonight. The last one is an old picture I managed to snag from an old video so forgive me for not being able to provide a better photo but it still has a comparable size compared to the ones we were given tonight. I hope someone reaches out and a fix will happen soon. But if not then I hope this review helps any Yelper interested in this place. read more
