I went for training because I have a new rifle and don't want to be irresponsible. The training in the classroom was good but once we hit the range it was super lacking. On top of that the instructor didn't check anyone's head gear, or anything like that to make sure they could shoot safely. My ears are STILL ringing two weeks after my class so I'm pretty sure it's permanent. Which is just GREAT. Further, once we were on the range the instructor didn't help me at all. There were only 3 people in the class. He just told me to shoot rounds and that's it. If I wanted to pay for a power point slide presentation and range time then I would have looked up a YouTube video and then gone to shoot by myself. I paid a lot of money for a class to end up with hearing damage and not feeling ANY better about using the weapon I purchased.

After doing so a couple days later, I realized the gun had some cycling issues, so I brought it back to Luther, who said he'd send it to his gunsmith. I called/ stopped by trying to get an update on the progress of my gun at least twice a week for well over a month and a half. Always getting the same answer, "I'm waiting on Randy to call me back". So finally, I asked for Randy's info to see if I'd have better luck. When i contacted Randy, he knew nothing about my gun, but Said "Luther would give me Call". I waited for that call for the rest of the day. The very next day, I decided to stop by since I still hadn't recieved a call from Luther. At the store the next day, there was one customer being helped when I walked in. So I patiently waited for a good amount of time. While waiting, several other customers came in and were shown guns and given convo; meanwhile he's still too busy to talk to me. Only after interrupting him from doing the paperwork, (even though he didn't mind stopping that to show guns to the other customers) did he go to the back, bring my gun out, telling me that Randy had over looked it this entire time! And he just so happened to go by and pick it up yesterday, and instead of having Randy fix it. He just brought it back to the shop not repaired. Im nowhere near slow, he just never sent my gun off to be fixed, he just lied to me for 6/7 weeks about doing so.

I have previously owned various Glock models, including the Glock 19, 19x, 20, and 23. My current gun is the Glock 19x 4" service model, which I enjoy using for target practice and learning.
