Like any craft, shooting takes repetition -- and that means going through a lot of targets. Most ranges sell targets with a 2-3 inch gap between the edge of the paper and the printed target image. That's normal. But this range sells targets that clip within an inch of the scoring line on their holders. Then they turn around and charge you $1 for every hole that goes past that line. It's a setup, and it feels like a scam. No other range I've been to does this. And unlike most ranges that charge you upfront, Johns Creek Indoor Range waits until the end so they can nickel‑and‑dime you for every "over‑the‑line" hole. It's a tactic that takes advantage of new shooters and anyone who doesn't know their system. A range should help people learn -- not create a trap to squeeze extra money out of customers. This practice is misleading, unfair, and something no shooter should have to deal with.

BUYERS BEWARE! Terrible customer service after their own employee damaged our car…read more We bought patio furniture here yesterday and were told to bring around our own vehicle for loading, delivery was never mentioned as an option. When the employee loaded the furniture, he shoved it in with zero care, gave no warning it wouldn't fit, and never offered padding or delivery. This tore our car's roof trim and left a visible hole (see photo). We called the moment we noticed and were told to come in the next day to "figure something out." Instead, we got the opposite of customer service. The owner was condescending, dismissive, and outright rude from the first minute. He told us the damage was OUR fault, flatly refused to discuss any way to make it right, and made snide, patronizing remarks questioning whether we even understood how insurance works, as if we were too dim to grasp our own claim. When we pointed out that no employee had ever mentioned delivery, he smugly said it "should have been obvious," as though we were supposed to read minds instead of being told. This wasn't an owner trying to find a fair solution and coming up short, this was someone who wasn't interested in a solution at all, and who used condescension as a strategy to make us feel too stupid or intimidated to push back. Zero acknowledgment. Zero apology. Zero attempt to de-escalate or even hear us out respectfully. Damage happens, I understand accidents. What's unacceptable is how a company treats you after their own staff causes that damage. If this is how the person running the business handles a legitimate problem, I'd think twice about trusting them with anything else. I would strongly advise shopping elsewhere.

Small but very nice store. The employees are friendly and helpful. I dropped by 5 minutes after they were supposed to be closed and they welcomed me, sold me some Trijicon night sights for a Glock and then installed them while I waited (maybe 5 minutes). All of this after they were supposed to be closed. This place carries Ballistol and is the only firearms store in the area that I have found that carries it. The store tends to the more expensive, higher quality firearms and has a good selection of AR's, suppressors and top tier 1911's. read more

I experienced superb customer service when I was looking to buy something in a realm I knew nothing about. They walked me through all the steps and made the whole NFA tax stamp process extremely simple. They handled all extra paperwork on their end extremely quickly, and every interaction I had with an employee (each time a different one) I was treated and politeness and patience. I drive an hour there because I know they care about their customers and the industry. I cannot recommend them enough! read more
