Let me start by saying I freaking love Firecreek. I go every chance I get in oak creek as well as Cottonwood. So when I saw this location near our hotel I had to stop by this morning while out walking around. Location is great and large inside with plenty of seating. Service was awesome as usual and I ordered my usual cold brew. My son ordered a horchata latte hot. We had our drinks quickly. Mine unfortunately wasn't made correctly and I had to ask for the flavoring to be added. The cold brew tasted a bit tart/burnt...i dont know how to really describe it. I was bummed. My son liked his latte, but said it wasn't sweet enough for him. That is not on them as it's his taste and should've asked for it sweeter. I'll have to come back on my next trip and try again, but the cold brew really left me wanting an entirely new coffee right after. read more

I'm pretty boring when it comes to coffee since I'm more of a black cold brew kinda guy, but I'm a sucker for mint, so I had to order the Dark Sky which consisted of peppermint, crushed mint, chocolate, espresso, and milk. This was a fantastic drink! It had a good caffeine kick along with the perfect flavor profile without being overly sweet. It's been awhile since I've been wowed by a coffee drink. read more

Came here because they served their coffee at the place we had breakfast. It was excellent flavor espresso/Americanco. Had to come and get some to take back. Disappointed with the way the gentleman at the front treated us. He wore glasses, bald, tattoo on his head and a caucasian male. He's either having a bad day or hates his job, either way I felt really uncomfortable ordering from him he had an attitude and I had asked a few questions about their drinks and he spoke to me as if I was stupid. After I decided I'll try the house made mocha I forgot to ask if I can get oatmilk as the substitute because I'm lactose intolerant and he looked at me so upset... I just wanted to leave at that point and made a remark to his friend and they both looked at me and laughed... I don't know if this is typical behavior but we definitely won't be back and both of our coffees taste awful. read more

One of our favorite pit stops when traveling the 40. The spicy chai latte is in the top 3 of any I've ever had. I give it a 9.5/10. Firecreek is a great place to get great coffee in Flagstaff. Before I get started I feel the need to point something out. I am the complete opposite of hip, cool, young, fresh, or any other adjective one would use to describe people favorably. If you are one of those adjectives, you will fit in here perfectly. If you're not, and you're like me, ignore how cool everyone else is and get you some coffee. I stopped in at Firecreek on my way out of town. Leaving Flagstaff is always sad and I always leave early. The place I stopped last time didn't seem to exists anymore so when I searched Yelp, this place seemed to fit what I look for in a coffee shop. Parking is street only, but I lucked out and got a spot right out front. Service was cordial despite it being obvious to everyone under the sun that I was not a regular. The regulars were young, hip, and cool. I am none of those things remember? The coffee was very good. I am an iced coffee fan and theirs was smooth and potent. There was no hint of bitterness even though I ordered it black. Whatever they do to create that coffee is working. After acquiring my iced coffee I rolled out and headed home. Montana vs. NAU, always a big game for a Montana Alum living in Phoenix! Loaded up the Mountain Bike and headed to Flagstaff to ride Fort Tuthill and watch my Griz! The ride was gorgeous as to be expected. Fall, Football, Flagstaff are three sure wins this type of year. I finally made my way in here a few weeks ago while up in Flagstaff visiting. They're located on the main street (Route66) in downtown Flagstaff. They only have street parking, which can be challenging depending on the season. The shop itself is dark but cozy. There are a lot of tables. The staff were all friendly - someone experiencing homelessness was there to order a coffee in front of me and the staff member took care of it himself - Bless you! I really enjoyed my coffee - I ordered a peppermint mocha-style drink (drawing a blank on what they called it). It was REALLY good, had quality peppermint flavors, and wasn't too sweet. We came here to see Jonathan Richman, so it was after the coffee bar was closed. However, we had a very nice time! The beer selection was good, staff were friendly and the acoustics of the music room were fine. As an AARP eligibile audience member (but not as old as Jonathan), I appreaciated the cushioned seats along the walls. Thumbs up from Gen X! Firecreek Coffee is by FAR my favorite coffee in Arizona. I live in the Phoenix/ Scottsdale area and definitely consider myself picky when it comes to good coffee. Firecreek has nailed the European-style bold yet smooth cup of Joe. My go-to heavenly order is a hot vanilla oat milk latte. It's made with local organic flavors and the oat milk is thick and creamy too, making this the best cup of coffee. Simple yet so so delicious. I make sure to get a cup every time/ day we visit Flagstaff :) One time they were out of vanilla syrup so I went for an iced caramel oat milk latte instead. Let's just say I've never drank anything so quickly in my life. It was WONDERFUL and comes in a very close second for favorite coffee here (or anywhere in Az lol). The atmosphere is very peaceful and earthy in feel, just like flagstaff. They also offer a bar with full service as well for those who want a little extra something in their coffee or in general. I ordered my default drink (latte) and was not disappointed. I was especially happy to find out they used Clover Farms milk Street parking available (free on sundays); didn't see a lot. Overall, 4 stars instead of 5 because $5 is a little expensive for a latte. Typically, it should be about $4-4.50. read more

I came here 2 days in a row to work and it got the job done. Wifi was a little wonky at times and got booted off Zoom calls but overall for the 5 hours I was here, the wifi worked. Great coffee drinks here and lots of seating, so it's perfect if you need a different scenery for work. They also have breakfast pastries here. The croissant is enormous and as big as your face! HOUSEMADE SYRUPS AND NON-DAIRY MILKS We had called in advance and knew Firecreek had some housemade syrups and several non-dairy milks - including hemp milk - two strong indicators of a very decent coffee shop - along with its great Yelp reviews. DRINKS AND MERCH I ended up buying a turmeric, whole milk steamer for my partner, a seasonal Camping is Fun latte with hemp milk and an extra shot of espresso for myself, a piece of cinnamon coffee cake to share and then...then...I noticed the beautifully designed t-shirts on the wall - asked the price ($20/each) and swiftly added two of those to the order as well. Their espresso was very good and even better, their regular espresso is a double shot. So win-win situation. I tried their campfire seasonal roast and can't say I'm too fund of it. It's Flagstaff, and the options for coffee places are plentiful. I was browsing for a unique coffee shop and the ceiling of this one caught my eye. Inside there's plenty of seating. If the front looks full, check out the area towards the stage, there's more seating back there. The drinks are delicious and the hot chocolate even came with latte art! Such a cute surprise. Something to note about this place is that not every seating area has outlets. Think of this as one of those coffee shops people go to by themselves to recharge or meet up with someone for a catch up conversation. Would I return? Yes, for the beverages. My husband and I came here twice during a recent Flagstaff trip. The first time we visited was during a weekday morning. The place was pretty busy but we were able to find a seat no problem. We ordered hot vanilla lattes and shared a maple walnut biscotti. I LOVED the biscotti. It was amazing. Super flavorful and perfectly baked. I am dying to recreate these at home. The lattes were good. The espresso was smooth and the vanilla wasn't overpowering. Obviously we liked it so much we came back a second time. The second visit was about an hour after opening and was just a quick stop for drinks to go. Both visits, the baristas and employees were nice and friendly.
