I've only tried the coffee here, so I can't rate the items in their small store. This place is cute and slightly tucked away in downtown Flagstaff. There's some seating outside too, which was appreciated. I really enjoy their coffee and matcha. They have a seasonal menu with some classics, but I like that they can offer some different flavors. The staff are friendly and give suggestions too. The only thing I'm sad about is the cost. If you want a large it's around 12$. I'd still definitely come back, I just can't be spontaneous with that cost. read more

Amazing Amazing. Our first time at Petit Marche I ordered their Jalapeño Cheddar with Cream Cheese, and a side of Hot Cocoa, Let me tell you I would order this again. We decided to stop by here and have a quick breakfast before going to the next location. The store smelled good and stimulated my appetite. We ordered almond croissants, savory pastry, cream cheese pastry and harapino bagels w cream cheese. Also cappuccino and latte. The staff at the store were all pleasant and it was a good start to the day. If you don't like sweet breakfast, choose Savory. Every pastries is freshly baked and crispy. While in Flagstaff this weekend we tried Petit Marche. Located in downtown Flagstaff, they have the bakery and coffee shop on one side, a market on the other side, and then seating outside. We were greeted as we looked at the menu. Friendly service. They had a special lemon latte which sounded interesting enough that I had to try it. It was nice and mellow but with a gentle flavor. We also chose two items from their bakery display case. A cookie that had a little of everything in it- nice and chewy, sweet, and tasty. We also had a tart that was just perfect! It was a cloudy day so it was a nice day to sit outside. They have water and cups outside and the area is quite adorable. Otherwise this might be a grab a cup and go kind of place. The market side is not air-conditioned and was just too warm for me to look around in. read more

An incredibly cool spot adjacent to the heart of downtown Flag. We ordered drinks at their walk up coffee window. I ordered an Americano, my girlfriend an iced matcha. The Americano was unremarkable, the iced matcha was delicious. The restaurant is split , half market / half coffee shop. The food in the market looked amazing, baguettes made fresh daily. We went on a rainy day and ended up doing take out and I cannot wait to go back. Everything's was so crafty and delicious. If you are on a budget imo it is worth even to try one thing. We wanted a baguette but it was too early in the morning. We ended up ordering lox bagel and two pastries. We were passing through Flagstaff and stumbled upon Petit Marche right off the street. The French bakery aromas wafting out of the quaint location pulled us in. The place was buzzing with activity. The staff greeted us and gave us several recommendations for their breakfast bagels. They were huge, tasty and extremely satisfying, yum. Their pastries looked fabulous too! I go here almost weekly to grab a coffee. The quality of drinks are some of the best downtown in my opinion. Seasonal drink options are fun. I have dietary restrictions so I haven't tried food/pastries but they always look and smell amazing! I have purchased items from the shop as well, and its convenient to have downtown. We really liked this place! Our bagel sandwiches were great as well as the coffees. They had the right coffee ratio going-not too sweet, not too much milk, etc. The employee who took our order was very sweet and helpful. They also have a very cute market side that is worth checking out with some fresh grocery items. There is some outdoor seating which made for a nice experience. I loved this place the first time I went. The second time I found a hair baked into my daughter's danish. They replaced it with two more danishes. I proceeded to find another hair baked into my bagel as well as the other danishes. They looked almost like clothing fibers or pet hair. The first hair was definitely a human hair though. I know the others weren't mine or from my clothing because they were baked it. It was really disgusting and upsetting because we reallly loved this place. In response to comment by owner. We know what hair looks like. Please work on health protocols and do not blame the customer for lack of such. We don't own a cat btw. read more

I used to live in flagstaff and was visiting one weekend with my family, I'd never seen this place before and we needed a few "grocery" items and saw that they were a market as well as a 'deli' and coffee shop and so we figured we'd just get breakfast from there too! The staff was really nice and patiently explained the menu options, it was pretty packed in there but the line went down fairly fast. It was a really cute little shop that had a Paris/Europe-like theme to it, and the market sold things like fresh produce and drinks. All of the food was dank except I wasn't too crazy about the smoked salmon/fish sandwich, i usually love breakfast sandwiches like it but this had a strange after taste. My sister loved hers tho. I also ordered a Matcha with oat milk and it was sooo delicious! Overall super cute place, really gives the 'flagstaff' vibe/ experience for visitors. read more

I spent $20 on a bagel I threw in the trash. $20 for a bagel sandwich to begin with is outrageous so to say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. The menu only says "egg" - it isn't scrambled or properly cooked like a normal bagel sandwich...no, it's a gross overeasy mess that makes the whole bagel immediately soggy and makes every ingredient in the sandwich slide out of the bagel so you can't even eat it without dropping it all over your lap. The latte was decent so 2 stars. But not getting to eat breakfast when you're starving...negative 10 stars. read more

Super cute, unique spot in downtown flagstaff. Love the way they've transformed the space into a little market with fun produce and grocery items as well as grab and go food. We tried a baguette with some pimento cheese spread, a brownie and an Americano. Tasty coffee, and I will be back again and again for the brownie! I really like this place and want it to be successful. However, I really do think that they need to increase their sanitary practices. The last time I was there, the baker came to the cash register to ring me up. I paid with cash, and after handling the cash, she went back to the kitchen area (which is totally visible from the cash register area) and she proceeded to roll the baguette dough on the table without gloves and WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS FIRST! That is a HUGE violation of health standards. After that, I haven't been back. I had some concerns about sanitation after seeing reviews about hair in the food, etc., however, I didn't want to pre-judge, so I continued to support them. I hope they take the feedback that they receive as opportunities to improve, clean & sanitary procedures & systems are necessary. read more

2 stars seems harsh, but according to Yelp 2 stars means it "could've been better," which seems fair. The positives: a lovely idea (split market and cafe), wonderful baked goods and baguettes, good coffee and made to order drinks. The little market used to transport me to Europe. However, over the past several months, every time I've gone in I have been increasingly disappointed with the selection in the market. It used to have hand-selected products from all over. I used to be so excited to see what they had and try something new. Then, I started seeing clif bars (albeit seasonal flavors), and other things you can find at Target. Except these are marked up a few dollars. Other than a few things, it really makes you wonder what's so special. I'm wondering if the store is having trouble getting product delivered. Both my partner and I don't know what's going on, but we are sad because we were really cheering the success of this place on from the start! read more
