Mike has years of previous brewery operating experience, starting a very well known Florida brewery in 2012. Erin is the CEO of Thirsty Buffalo and leads the operations team there. Their head brewer is Joel Moore and he has 20+ years of brewing experience. It was a pleasure to hang with Dylan and Gabi who were working and saw asst Brewer Scott doing his thing is the brew house.
