I watched as a couple searched for a seat, eventually moving the napkin and sitting down to order. The customer who had reserved the table for a friend complained to the manager, who then made the couple move. It seems you can just write "reserved" on a napkin, place it on every table, and essentially reserve the entire place for your friends. Despite the poor customer service, our waitress was awesome, and overall, the food was good. Just message a friend and they can reserve you a table with a napkin.
