I went in tonight ordered my food which was a 20 piece buffalo wings. The fries were cold didn't come with ranch sauce even though I requested it. But it came with 3 Barbecue sauce in which I didn't order or ask for. The young lady stated to me it would be an additional dollar. Also it didn't have celery sticks which is clearly on the photo. Then I try to place an order for a lemonade and the young lady stated that they had none. She only had some for the customers who preordered. I ask what time they closed because it was around 9:35pm she said 4:00am and I ask if they're going to make more she stated no. Not right now!!! She clearly didn't want my money! Then I felt uncomfortable because you had a women in the restaurant and other people who had no food whatsoever loitering. They were dancing all up on me. Laughing and the women was clearly on drugs! I am a Uber driver. Went in to pick up the order. I was told it was not ready. I asked how long it would take; since when I gave the name on the order. The staff looked like they didn't know of the order. The cook said about 7 minutes. 15 minutes went by. I asked the cashier when was it going to be ready. She said the order had legs and thighs. It was going to be about 20-25 minutes. I said if you informed me of that at the beginning. I would have cancelled the order. She said I should have cancelled the order. At this time I had already waited long enough. So I just waited some more. When I picked up the order. I was told I was not even a customer. Since I was driving for Uber picking up an order. That was what she thought. I'm sure the person who ordered the food would like to hear her say that. A place that hires people with customer service skills that bad. Terrible customer service! We called the restaurant 2.5 hours after ordering our food to check in, figuring the delay was due to Chicago weather, and they told us our food hadn't even been prepared yet and it would be another hour! Then we were put on hold before they hung up on us. Extremely rude! We called back half an hour later and asked to have the order cancelled and we were told that we're now on their "block list." Customer Service at an all time low ! I placed a delivery order from here on Friday at 9:56pm through Grub Hub. I ordered a philly chicken & a gym shoe. Only 2 sandwiches !!! I got a text at 10:53 advising the order was on the way and should arrive between 10:55 and 11:05. 11:15 I pleasantly called the restaurant and was advised that the order was on the way. I dozed off, it's now a little before midnight & still no order. Advised again order was on it's way. So after 12, the 2 sandwiches and fries that took over 2 hours to arrive are freezing cold, Since fries are no good re-heated, that was an entire waste of time & money. I've placed orders both in person and had at least one delivered. The couple of times were fine. I placed an order about a month ago and the order taker apparently didn't listen well and poured sauce over the fish instead of on the side. They had to redo the order. I placed an order from Firehouse (in person) on Friday, June 16, 2017 (7:15 p.m.). I ordered the 20 piece Catfish Fillet that comes with fries. I ordered two large Cole Slaws with this order. When I got my order home, guess what -- No Fries. I phoned to complain and they asked if I could come back and pick them up. I responded no as I was already at home. They then stated that they would give me the fries on my next order. In addition to this, when I opened both Cole Slaws, they didn't look fresh. They both tasted like they were on the border of expiring. I called back again and the person who answered the phone asked what was the name of the order taker on my receipt. I gave her the name and she handed the phone to this individual. I explained to her that the Cole Slaw didn't look fresh and that it tasted as if it was on the void of expiring. This person argued with me and told me that the Cole Slaw had been made fresh that day. She got smart, so I hung up the phone. I called back immediately to speak to the Manager. The Manager told me that he made the Cole Slaw fresh during the morning and that it couldn't be spoiled. He further asked, "What do you want me to do." I just hung up the phone. I dont even want to give this place 1 star. i ordered cheese sticks and a pizza puff today. the process took an hour the woman who was answering the phone not only hung up on me 3 times but had the nastiest attitude possible. they sent FIRE sauce in little cups for mozzarella sticks and BBQ sauce for the pizza puff which was completely over fried. i am absolutely appalled by this place it was disgusting. read more

So I ordered 1 veggie burger, 3 turkey burgers and a chicken sandwich via grub hub, it cost me $50 including tax and delivery fee. The sandwiches are pathetic I will never buy food from Firehouse again. I am so underwhelmed with the food and extremely disappointed with the prices. Especially since I've gone to this very establishment and I know that sandwiches come with fries and a pop. Since that is the case and I feel like i've been jipped out of my money. I will neither buy food from firehouse steak and lemonade nor use grub hub again. I will not recommend grub hub to anyone again.
