They even got rid of the classic brown paper bag and replaced it with a sterile white one. It sounds like a small thing, but those little details were part of what made Arnie's feel like Arnie's. Unfortunately, this isn't just a case of a few things changing - the entire experience has been changed for the worse. If you're going to keep the Arnie's Dog House name, you should keep what made Arnie's Dog House great.
