    Great sub
    Sarah A.

After a busy weekend, no one felt like cooking. We decided to go pick up some subs to bring home. The store was in excellent condition. Every table was spotless. The drink area was well stocked and clean. We put in our order and were asked with each sandwich if it was a combo, and if we would like the side pickle. All were a resounding yes. We grabbed our drinks while we waited. They have a Coca Cola Freestyle machine. The store was not busy. There was one customer ahead of us and one came in behind us. We got our order and headed home. My husband had the Hero, I had the New York Steamer, our son loves the steak & cheese and our daughter had the meatball. All the subs were fresh and hot. Tasty ingredients filled each sandwich. The only detractor and cause for the loss of a star was all the pickles were forgotten. There were none in any of the sandwich containers. We will be back. We'll just double check next time that everything is there before leaving.

All the employees were working together from the counter order taker to the sandwich maker, everything was fast, friendly and efficient. I had the Italian sub which was meaty and delicious. The restaurant was also clean both inside and out.

No surprises here! Great service and clean venue! Ordered the Italian and it had a bit of a sweet flavor to it. They were kind enough to split our sandwich and give us each a pickle. They label their hot sauces from mild to spiciest, so you won't burn yourself!

I tried them and thought they were pretty good. It was a large portion sub sandwich, chips and a soda. Very tasty. Nice people.

It took about 5 minutes for us to be greeted by anyone working; there were two employees working behind the counter, both were busy making sandwiches. Eventually one let us know it was going to be a few more minutes before they could take our order, to which I didn't mind - I recognize it takes time to make sandwiches. We waited for a bit (probably ~10 minutes), and then decided to place an order with them online and continue walking around while we waited. It took about 15 minutes for our order to be ready, so maybe this is the best way to go about ordering so you're not just standing around. To clarify, I didn't mind waiting but it also made sense to place the order and then walk around while waiting. I ordered the North of I70 Italian sandwich, and indicated that I wanted mayo, mustard and oil + vinegar. My wife ordered the sweet baby turkey, and also asked for mayo and salt + pepper. Neither of our sandwiches had any condiments on them (pic included). Each sandwich cost $20, and while I realize that the price of good deli meat has gone up, it was definitely a bummer to not have exactly what we ordered on a sandwich that costs so much - $40+ for 2 standard size sandwiches. The other thing to note is that the mushrooms are not fresh - also included a pic of the mushrooms which I assume come from a can/jar. Had I known the mushrooms were not fresh, I would not have ordered them. I was really rooting for this place to be good, but was overall disappointed in the experience and outcome of our order.

It is definitely a little pricey- $25/person for a sandwich, chips and a beer/seltzer- but the sandwiches are good and are big enough that it left me stuffed so it's a decent value.

I ordered their bestselling Chicken Parm Sandwich with a side of fries, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The sandwich was hearty, loaded with perfectly fried chicken, incredible ciabatta bread, rich homemade red sauce, and an epic cheese pull that made every bite worth it. The fries were a great complement, and the portion was so generous that I had enough left over for a second meal. It's easy to see why they had a line out the door during the lunch rush. They deserve all the success that's come their way. If you're looking for authentic Italian street food in Arvada, this place is a must-visit. I'll definitely be back!

But the cozy, kitschy fun interior with Italian/American, NYC, Sopranos pics & articles on the walls is a pleasant surprise. The owner was at a table with others & warmly greeted/thanked everyone who came in. Get takeout if you don't want to hear random convos or others to hear yours. Food/Value: 3 + The popular Mosco ($16) is their twist on the classic Italian sausage/peppers roll with the addition of diced green chiles. Tasty, but I missed the classic messiness of biting into juicy sausage LINKS/chunky peppers/hearty roll as opposed to their slim patties, artisanal bread, diced peppers. I'm a fried zucchini/pickles "connoisseur" & prefer a lighter batter, balanced seasoning. But some might like their more heavily coated/traditionally seasoned fried zucchini ($9). The drizzled sauce was tasty but the coating was just not for me. Overall: I'd come back for another try if I'm in the area (esp after a trip to the DMV!). But the prices were higher than I'd expect for lunch & "street food" especially for the area & in this economy.
