Horrible service, walked in for my Birthday sub. I was told I had to accept the reward to redeem when the email clearly stated the reward was added to my rewards card and all I had to do is enter my number.The lady in charge that day was rude said she would figure it out in a minute. It is very expensive; $9 - $10 for a small (8")sandwich, drink and chips. There was only 2-3 ounces of meat in my sandwich; pathetic! Way too much sauce; mayo, etc. Save your money, go to Subway! read more

I'm giving this Firehouse Subs location 5 simply because the staff was cheerful, friendly and prompt. My turkey and cranberry sandwich was sweet and savory and was brought to my table by a smiling staff member. This place does NOT skimp on meat like Subway does. I made a mistake when ordering and called it a chicken and cranberry to which they replied that would be a new sandwich prompting me to say that if it were a fried chicken patty it would be really yummy. And it would. I would love to see that offered. My sandwich came with a delicious pickle wedge which was a good complement to the sandwich and easy on my diet.This place was CLEAN! I will definitely be back and am happy to have a good replacement for my subway addiction. Thank you! read more

This is the second time I've tried their subs and have not been able to eat them, they were so bad. The first time, I ordered a meatball sub. They put some kind of spicy sauce on it, making it inedible. Tonight, I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak, and there was no (or a very minute amount) of cheese on it; thus, it was very dry, basically meat and onions on a bun. Terrible. I will never eat at one of these places again. I don't like Subway, but honestly, they're a million times better than Firehouse Subs. read more

The atmosphere of the restaurant was pretty good. The sandwich I got was a turkey bacon ranch and it tasted pretty excellent. Loved that they got one of those coke fountain drink machines where they got so many different kinds of drink flavors. The desserts tasted pretty good. Would recommend this place and would come back whenever I have a chance. read more

Went in on Sunday, 7/29/28, left with upset stomach. Manager was vacuuming exhaust vents above did prep counter during business hours. So many kinds of disgusting, let me count the ways. Sandwich was descent but mayo was so sweet, and runny it was disgusting. I won't be going back, I can say that for certain. read more

My husband placed a call and ordered to go before coming in. He said he got not even so much as a hello or thank you by the employees. When he got home 20 minutes later we opened them and noticed they were the wrong subs. He called and an employee told him he could keep those and come get the right order. When he came in however, they would not give him the right subs saying he MUST RETURN THE OTHER SUBS. So, he's returning subs that are now 40+ MINUTES OLD! Besides the obvious horrible service, my question is who are they feeding old food to??? The next person in line?! I don't know who manages this place, but they need to start over again with new people! read more

Worst fast food experience in years. Counter help appeared completely clueless. Totally screwed up my order. Refused to correct or even acknowledge that they had screwed it up terribly. Appeared like two corporate wonks sunning themselves on the patio totally oblivious to the fact that Rome was burning inside their business. Dumped their screwed up order in the garbage and left. On a recommendation from a friend, I had the brisket sub. The flavor was okay, but when they tell you it's supposed to be 8 inches and you get what looks closer to a hot dog roll, it feels disappointing. The place looked clean and the people were nice. I love the soda station, which is worth the fourth star IMHO. read more

This place is clean, bright and I respect that they pay homage to firefighters which makes sense because of the name and because it was founded by firefighters. I like the mural on the wall of Seminole Trail FD with Cav Man driving a fire truck. You look at the menu then go to the register to order, get your drink, then find a table to sit and they bring your order to you. I've had them 2 1/2 times so far. The first time was soon after they opened, the half time was my father brought me part of a sub from there he didn't finish so I could have something to eat at work, and the other full time I went there while working a job at the Staples near by. The food isn't terrible its actually decently good but it just seems to take soooo long for them to fix it. Also, they have what's called fully involved. Unless its in the pamphlet I didn't look at NOWHERE on the menu does it say what fully involved means. If I remember correctly when I asked the franchise owner he said full involved means the sub has mayo, tomato, onions, deli mustard, and I forget the rest. I don't like raw onions or onions on my sub at all, I don't like any type of mustard or mayo. This latest visit I got the club and I felt like I couldn't get a word in because the franchise owner who was my cashier was naming everything on a fully involved sub plus asking me small or large and that caused me to forget to not get turkey. I might be picky but shouldn't the items that make a sub fully involved be listed on the menu for those that might be allergic to one of those items or an ingredient in them? I got a 12 inch sub or whatever the size after an 8 inch sub combo and my order was $12 and change and I rounded it to $13 to donate to the charity they support. I love the Coke fountain they have. There are over 120 different drink combination on it. I got regular Barq's Root Beer but you can get vanilla Barq's Root Beer and some drinks like Coke have more options. I was satisfied with the taste of my sub this past time even though it had turkey on it and the other two times the sub was okay but what keeps me from giving this place five stars is the time it takes to get your food is too long for a sub shop and its pricey. They make Quizno's look cheap!! The franchise owner walked around putting fireman hats on a few people so at least he's out making an appearance. Because of price and speed of service I don't think I will be back. Next time I'm working the shopping center without a car I'll just walk to McDonald's. Pros: cool Coke machine with LOTS and LOTS of different drink options, the Coke machine has my favorite root beer, Barq's (not all places that have Coke products do), the fact they pay homage to firefighters/the mural/charity they donate to, its clean and so is the bathroom, not the worst tasting food ever, outdoor seating when its warm, owner is friendly, and they bring your order right to you Cons: the time it takes to get your order, price, and having to ask what full involved means! read more

I've been to other locations that seemed to be pretty good, but two visits to this one have left me underwhelmed. The first time, the sandwich was decent but took quite some time. The second time, a month or so ago, I waited 22 minutes during lunch for my to go order before finally cancelling it. In all fairness, the owner tried to give me a soda for my troubles, but my goal isn't free food, it's to eat lunch and get back to the office on time. read more

Couldn't believe they didn't have a single vegetarian option! The only reason they're getting two stars and not one is because I didn't eat anything. Just because I'm a vegetarian doesn't mean all I want is a salad.. And even their salads had meat on them! Place seems to be kept very clean. Everyone is pleasant, and they do seem concerned about service. I'm very fussy about my food, and the only mistake they have made is that they made my order a full 12 inch rather than an 8 inch. I told them to just give me half, that would be plenty and it took them a little while to bring it back, but they were nice, and wanted to wrap up the rest for me, but DH is away so nobody would be home to eat it. And, they gave me a coupon for the trouble. Its a walk up and order, then they bring it to your table. You get your own drinks and they are big. The small is the size of a medium most places. Parking is fairly easy (if you know the Staples parking lot, it's at the end near the strip with the mattress store in it.) All in all, a good sandwich shop. Bread has been very fresh, a biggie with me, and the meat was not over or undercooked. And I asked for extra mayo, and it had enough, but wasn't drowned. read more

I ordered the veggie sandwich there -- which isn't on the wall menu. I asked the cashier if they had one and she said they do, featured in their pamphlet but not on the wall. It was a great sandwich. It had several cheeses and mayo and was juicy. My coworker wasn't as into hers. She waited about 20 minutes -- until we got back to work -- to eat it, and she said the bread was soggy. So, maybe try not to eat it more than 20 minutes after you order it. We waited maybe 10 minutes. We were there probably at 7 PM. I will return and recommend it. And kids get free firetruck hats. read more
