Wasted $13.00 it was not filling at all, it would be a sad Thanksgiving if this Firehouse Sub had anything to do with it. Of course the owner wasn't there to complain to or replace it. Just read the reviews they all say this location sucks, and then the owner or manager gives a worthless apology and says they'll look into it. I ordered two subs one is Hook and Ladder and another one was Italian and spare pickles for both. When I came home I had two subs Hook and Ladder and no Italian sub and no pickles. I would not recommend ordering pickup or delivery from the 380 location. The last 2 orders I have placed, the sandwich has been cold, soggy, and missing items. I ordered the Thanksgiving special, which was missing main item of stuffing. It was inedible so had to throw it out. I also got the Italian, which had cold and soggy bread. read more

Usually, the food is pretty good at this location, but we must have ordered too close to closing time because part of our order #01854 was subpar. The club did not have any bacon, the mustard we requested was not added and the cheese if any was almost nonexistent. Did not enjoy my sandwich. Disappointed is one of the words that comes to mind when I came home to find my sandwich had been made incorrectly. After having a great first impression, I returned the following day. Unfortunately, the two young ladies behind the counter were more focused on talking about dissecting goats (?) than making my sandwich correctly. The ticket clearly says no mayo, but when I got home, mayo was heavily spread on the top and bottom bun. Normally, you can kinda scrap it off and work around it but as you can see in the photo, it's everywhere. When I tried to call the phone number on the receipt (which is the same number online and in the app), the line is not connected so I couldn't talk to anyone about the error. Terribly SLOW service and uncaring staff. Went here 3 times after it opened. Had to wait 30 minutes for my order the first two times. The last time I went, I waited almost ONE HOUR!!! The staff never called my name. I quietly went to the counter to see why it was taking so long. The staff did not even look at me or verbally acknowlege that I was standing there. Finally, one of them came over. I politely let him know that I had been waiting for almost 45 minutes at that point. The 2 other people making sandwiches were confused. One of them said she GAVE MY ORDER to a WALK IN PERSON who claimed she had an order to pick up. They never called my name or the girl's name who got my order without paying. Finallly the Manager came out from the side room. He was hurried and unfriendly. He re-entered my order. Never offered a discount. When I suggested a discount because of their mistake, he was rude. Ordered online for pickup. When I go there, I checked the order to make sure all was right. Something was missing so I stepped up to the counter and the manager Bonnie treated me like I was trash. She let me know that everything was in my bag and over explained to me that I must be talking about the drink and when I got 2 large cups and a small she told me "no a small on" which she was wrong.. I ordered 2 large and 1 small. I corrected her that there was in fact something missing. I had to take my order out of the bag to demonstrate that the item was missing. This was frustrating. I took the time to inform them of an active food safety violation. And then I went on my way to fill my drinks. At this point I thought the altercation had ended but as I was walking out, she calls to me "you know we have drink carriers sir" I looked at her confused and she said "you have an attitude don't you" I won't go here and I hope you won't go here either until Bonnie is replaced. The manager that was in duty 4/23/22 was as rude as they come. The customer ordered online and showed her the phone with the order information and she yelled "Don't come in here flashing your phone, give me your name or something!!" Myself and two other customers just walked out because we didn't want to deal with her. The online customer walked out as well. read more

I don't why but everytime I go into this location the workers are so insanely rude. It's a bunch of entitled teens/early 20 year olds. It is very uncomfortable and awkward. The lady who took our order had her airpod in one ear and kept saying what? What? Like take your fucking airpod out and you could hear us. We came in 1 hour before closing and they were mopping, taking out the trashes, turned off the music and TV, wouldn't let us dine in and rushed us out. It seems like they don't like their job at all. I gave them a 2 star's because we go there a lot, but this last time this the young lady handed me my extra crispy bacon to me not in a napkin, plate, box but by hand and placed it into my hand. She just reached over the counter and handed me the few pieces of bacon into my hand. To say they were still hot, yes they were very hot. I thought she was kidding but she wasn't. As soon as she gave them to me, she went on her way to making another sandwich. I love this location. Subs are awesome. Staff is friendly and patience especially when dealing with customers like Brent L. I was walking in to get my regular BBQ brisket subs(best thing ever) and saw Mr attitude showing off his pitiful life.
