    Chicken Salad
    Michele W.

May's is so good, for so many things; catering, dine in and takeaway. I wish it was closer to where I live, but happy it is not too far. There are some tables so you can eat at the restaurant, but takeaway is a great option. They also do an amazing job catering. I recently went to an event that they catered and everything was delicious. Charcuterie can be hit or miss for me, I don't like chewy processed meats, but everything on theirs was delicious. They had these little bites, that must have been onion, that were so good! Most recently I dined in. They have a nice wine selection. I did not get wine though. I got their 24K Lemonade, which was very good. It also seemed very healthy. I had the chicken salad and my husband had the egg salad. Both were some of the best I have ever had. I may have to go get some for an event I am hosting this week. They open at 11 am. Closed on Sunday. Parking was easy.

Came here on the recommendation from my Aunt. Easy to order online and pick up. Very pleased with the muffeleta. My husband said the meat to bread ratio was perfect. I enjoyed the BLT. Had the chicken salad for lunch the next day along with the hummus. Good was fresh and flavorful. Can't wait to try more things next time. Love that is less than 4 miles from my house.

Fresh and delicious. Upscale deli-style food at decent prices. Service was great, but it seems like most people take it to go. Can't wait to come back! Everything on the menu looks so good. My chicken capri had so much flavor from the pesto and sun dried tomatoes. Came out hot off the press. Potato salad was sooo good, big chunks of potato (what I prefer). Egg salad was creamy, almost too much, but I still enjoyed it as a dip for the potato chips that came with my sandwich.

If you are looking for a restaurant that the menu is full of flavor and creativity, this is the place. I enjoyed the Peppadill egg salad on croissant and the homemade chips. Wow!!! Every bite was delicious. We also enjoyed a bottle of Merlot while we talked and relaxed to the inspiration music.

The moment I came in I was greeted with a genuine and friendly smile welcoming me in. I have always passed Mays heading home and was always curious. So I decided heck why not? I looked at the menu quite nervous on what to get so I had to ask the friendly staff member helping me what her favorite was. She had mentioned the BLT so I asked her for that and boy was I not disappointed. The place is very clean and you get the best vibe like as if you're at your best pals place just hanging out. The staff is friendly and funny and I left feeling happy. The BLT was delicious and that hint of sauce was perfect! I'm not a fan of bacon but this was pretty spot on. I will definitely try others another time. I would recommend

I love this little spot. Their food is perfect for a little picnic or just a great alternative to more local fare.

We started at the bar as our reserved table wasn't ready yet. My husband already knew what beer he wanted but I was on the fence. I decided to try one of the frozen cocktails, but one was a little too sour and the other was a bit too sweet. The bartender suggested mixing the two together into what they called a "Fraddy," and it was absolutely perfect! The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and helpful, which is something that seems harder and harder to find these days. They have TVs throughout the restaurant, making it a great place to catch a game, and we especially enjoyed watching the World Cup there. The outdoor patio is spacious and inviting, and I also appreciated that they accept reservations. Bella was an outstanding server who made excellent recommendations for our meal. The pizza was very tasty, although it was slightly undercooked for our preference. We also ordered a small Caesar salad, which was good but a little smaller than expected, so we will definitely order the large next time. Overall, we had a great experience and will absolutely be back!

Flawless vibe and killer food…read more It is incredibly rare to find a spot that can pull off a fresh, healthy sit-down dinner and a laid-back bite after a brutal workday, but Elm Fork completely nails both. We went for dinner first. Brian had the lamb tacos and I ordered the mesquite-smoked salmon with steamed broccoli and a sweet potato. It was perfect--light, smoky, and genuinely healthy without being boring. We loved the atmosphere so much that after a crazy busy workday the very next day, we headed straight back. The smoked wings are top-tier and the queso is exactly what you want at the end of a long day. What really made our visit stand out was a delightful conversation with one of the co-owners, Michael. He told us all about how they source their unique draft beers from all over--including an incredible one from Iowa that Brian absolutely loved. The vibe here is just right, and the bar staff and servers are amazing. Whether you want a great dinner or just a solid spot to unwind with a unique brew, this place is a must-visit.

I'm a pretty picky eater, so the unique ingredient combinations on some of their burgers initially made me a little nervous. My advice? Trust the chef. Unless you have an allergy or a genuine reason to leave something off, order the burger exactly as it's intended. The flavor combinations might sound unusual, but somehow they just work. Every bite is packed with flavor, and the creativity is a huge part of what makes Rodeo Goat so good. One of my favorite things about Rodeo Goat is the Battle Burgers. Every month, two wildly creative burgers go head-to-head, and whichever one sells the most earns the right to stick around and compete again against a new challenger. It's basically burger fight club--and thankfully, nobody talks about burger fight club. I've tried almost everything on the menu, but 99.9% of the time, I find myself ordering one of the Battle Burgers. It keeps things fresh, interesting, and gives me an excuse to try something I probably wouldn't normally order. If you're in the area and looking for an incredible burger, Rodeo Goat should absolutely be your next stop. Come hungry, trust the chef, and prepare to have your definition of a burger expanded.
