clearly says no pickle, and there was a pickle sitting right on top of my sandwich. I just don't like it

I have ordered a number of times via DoorDash. It's hit or miss sometimes I get the best pastrami sub I've ever had, but there's always a pickle on top and I always say no pickle tonight. I ordered the sub was cold. The cheese was hard and there was a pickle on top. I'm done. I've given it all the chances I'm going to give it.

NY Steamer is delicious. Not too many sandwich places offer pastrami and/or corned beef. Service is always fast and friendly. My GO TO place whenever i'm craving some fresh n' hot pastrami!!

Amazing subs from the Firehouse, I've always wanted to try this place and today I made it a point to do so and I wasn't disappointed because it waS very very good. Even taking this sub out and having a Hot sub travel home it was delicious and very tasty. Firehouse subs has some of the best subs in my opinion. With so many choices I decided to get the Club on the sub Hot, it was fantastic and will probably be my go to.

I seriously can not believe I have never had Firehouse subs before today. What is wrong with me?? I was craving a steak and cheese and after my last awful experience with Jersey Mike's, I decided to give them a try. I want to give them more of a 4.555555 stars because it was that good. +The decor is cute for their theme. They have Dalmatian style tables for their firehouse theme. +The employees were super friendly +I ordered a steak and cheese with just provolone and mayo and it was PHENOM..flavorful not salty like some places and hit the spot +They don't just wrap it in tinfoil like most places they actually put it in a box. +The cookies were soft (I always squeeze and check lol) My only tiff is the sizing of the subs themselves. They give you 3 options. 3inch, 6inch and 12inch. Small, Medium and Large. Normally I want an 8inch sub so it put me in a pickle. I decided to order the 12inch and give my bf the other half. Well, that is until I tried it! Now I think I'll eat the rest later! YUM!

Messed up sandwich. I pulled off the cheese and it's thrown behind the bread. Note the measly mayo spread missing 1/3 of the sandwich.

Firehouse is 10 minutes from our house. Today I waited 40 minutes for a call-in sub order only to receive it completely messed up. I ordered a hot turkey sub with lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, nothing else. I specially said no cheese. What I received is a COLD turkey sub with cheese, lettuce, half mayo, tomato, and MUSTARD?! For those of you who have had a sandwich with mustard must know that when mustard enters the game, everything else is impacted. Inedible, waste of money, disgustingly portioned, 40 minute wait sub. BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE. Pickles are ALWAYS included at Firehouse Subs it's what they're known for! Not only are they always included but I specifically said on the phone that I wanted pickles. Does my order arrive with any pickles?! No! And you know what... a Jimmy Johns just opened one block down where I had a sub from yesterday and it was made to perfection.

So my prior experiences to Firehouse in Louisiana wasn't anywhere nearly as pleasant as my first visit to this Germantown location. Nejeeb was amazingly polite and my order was completed very quickly. I ordered a medium Hook & Ladder sub with everything including jalapeños and it was delicious. I even tried the Firehouse barbecue sauce that I didn't even know existed at all locations. It made the sub even more tasty and even tried several mid-level hot sauces. I placed my order to go but noticed the dining in area was very clean so I stayed to eat my sub. It is never expected by was very nice this location offers a military discount. Thank you Firehouse and I will be back to this location.

Thanks BroS :) My #5 turkey bacon medium combo on white bread $9.78 - (no ranch) really like the uber thinly sliced turkey

Dry subs, dry cookies, dry brownies. Steak & cheese fell apart. Brisket tasted pre-chewed and chemical. Noisy & crowded.

The self-serve kiosks made ordering a breeze. Overall, I thought the prices were fine. For my order I went with the family deal A (I'm not sure what it was actually called) which included six pieces of chicken with two sides for about $21. Although I thought the chicken was pretty good, I was expecting to be blown away based on reviews that I've seen regarding the Jollibee brand. While the breading did not have much seasoning (for my personal tastes), I thought the chicken excelled in its 'juiciness'. From my experience, it's very arre for friend chicken restaurants to have falling off the bone fried chicken. YUM Customer service was pretty direct in that I did not really have a significant interaction with the staff. I placed my order through the kiosk and waited about 10 minutes for my order number to be called. Although I ordered my food to go, I thought the restaurant was very clean and well-maintained with plenty of seating. Since the restaurant is located near the Westfield Mall, there was plenty of parking, which is rare in this area. While I would not go out of my way to grab fried chicken from here, it is decent option for quickly picking up something on my way home.

If you're a fan of their menu, you'll likely enjoy it just as much here. I also tried the Ube Pie, which had a crispy exterior and a sweet, creamy filling that made for a nice dessert. The biggest downside was the cleanliness. The dining area could have been better maintained, and the bathrooms in particular were noticeably dirty. It took away from the overall experience and made the restaurant feel less inviting. The food delivered the familiar Jollibee experience, but the condition of the restaurant kept this visit from being anything more than average. I'd come back for the food, but I hope they put more attention into keeping the restaurant and restrooms clean.

Physical Exam: Food - I ordered the special four cheese bacon bagel that they had on special with tomato and scallion cream cheese. My wife got a plain bagel with scallion cream cheese. It was all impressively reminiscent of a NY bagel. Great density, chew, and crust. The cream cheese was administered generously. Ambiance - The establishment presents as a classic New York bodega with a deli counter layout -- compact, no-frills, and entirely appropriate for its intended function. Great place if you want something with quick service and great food. Service - Quick, functional, and to the point. No complications noted. Assessment: A neighborhood gem and so thankful we stumbled upon it. Royal Bagel Bakery delivers an authentically New York bagel experience in an otherwise unlikely corner of Germantown, Maryland. One downside is they got very plain coffee, but it's the type of place where I'm looking at the coffee purely as fuel, and nothing more. Plan It's so far away but I definitely will try to go again next time I'm nearby. Specialty bagel was a phenomenal choice. Gotta try their cakes next time, which looked crazy good.
