Due to my wife's celiac disease she can only have gluten free bread. For this reason, We frequent this location quite often. The food is always great, but unfortunately they can't ever seem to keep the gluten free bread in stock. Would be great to to not have to cancel our order and go to other restaurants in the area because of this. read more

Horrible experience. I will never go back. We had to change our order to a to go order, because we couldn't tolerate being in the restaurant. Everyone's eyes were burning. I'm not sure what it was, but it seemed like some combination of onions and cleaner were coming through the vents. I've never experienced anything like it. Then we we got home, the food was terrible. I am not sure why people have had any problems with this location. Had it for lunch today and it was great. Grub Hub delivery did a good job getting my order to me. The Brisket and cheddar was great. My wife loved it. I had the Italian and really loved it. I got a brownie. Yum. Give it a try. Much better than other chain sub shops in the area. read more

The family and I went here for dinner last night after church. The food always comes out quickly and the kids love the Turkey Bacon Ranch sub. The bread was fresh and they stay open until 9:30pm which is nice since we didn't get there until 8:30pm. The staff is always friendly and helpful and they have a Coke Freestyle machine which is obviously a big winner with the kids. As usual, great food for a great price. read more

Went there for lunch today. I ordered my food online to avoid the wait cause from what I have heard, it gets packed during lunch. And it was, haha. When I picked up my food, they greeted me with a friendly hello and made small talk. They were really nice, which is great for me being a first timer there. I ordered the 8 in. firehouse steak and cheese with sauteed mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers. It was probably one of the best tasting sandwiched I've had. The bread there is so good, I wish they sold it separate so I could take a loaf home. Overall, good service, very clean, friendly and delicious, will go back again. read more

Probably the worse Firehouse Subs location we have been to. I have several reasons for this. We have lived by this location for several years now, so this review is not just of an isolated incident. This is consistently the way this one is run. First, the staff always look pretty annoyed to be there, but really no problem with that in and of itself. My other issue is, my husband is a firefighter, but he never gets a thank you or even a free drink at Firehouse Subs....like "founded by fireman" Firehouse Subs. Their policy gives a free drink to firefighters and some locations do more. The last time we went, he showed proof he was a firefighter and the girl just said, OK. She punched in our order and when I checked the receipt, no discount. Also, unfortunately this location rarely gets our order right. I asked for a fully involved sub and just got a plain one. When I took it back up to simply get lettuce, tomato, and onion on it they looked at me like I had two heads. Many other locations are great but this one consistently is pretty pathetic. Now, I'd like to say that I think I could speak for any first responder when I say they don't look for thanks, but at a chain that is focused on them, it's disappointing. My first time there. Hubby liked the roast beef but the kid at the counter taking orders didn't know the difference between roast beef and corned beef. I ordered a small sub and it showed medium on the receipt. I questioned the manager and he said we don't have small. Well then I would have ordered a salad instead. Don't want all that bread. And the 120 flavors of coke machine was out of about half of the flavors. Not a stellar experience for me. read more

Having just moved here from Atlanta, we loved Firehouse Subs. On 4/26/19, we placed an online order. Order consisted of two sandwiches. Both sandwiches were missing items. Small club came without the item that makes it a club sandwich missing bacon along with no mustard, no pickles, no mayonnaise. This was the driest sandwich I ever tried to eat. Second sandwich came missing cheese. Dry no mayo or mustard. No pickles. This maybe petty to some, but this not what I ordered. I called the store after getting home. I found the problem...no manager, no assistance manager. Only person who was in charge was a team leader. This happened on a Friday night. Busy time for carry out. Won't go back. read more

We enjoy coming to this Firehouse Subs location. Although it is always busy, they have great food! You do have to wait a little bit to get your food. We visited last night, the staff wasn't as friendly and it was busy and all the tables were dirty. But the food was great. We wanted to try their chili but they were out of that. Was expecting much better. The subs are decent, just not great. Small for the money and the roast beef seemed a little dry. Biggest negative is that the place was filled with smoke. Don't know if it's always like that, but we were there on a slow Saturday afternoon and could barely make it through our meal. Would hate to see it when it's busy. Won't be back. read more

My kids and I love this place! The subs are always flavorful and just the right size, and we love the soft drink machine and its many possible varieties. We've never experienced a smoky atmosphere there or a faulty drink machine. Yes, you may get a cheaper, larger sub elsewhere, but you won't get the flavor or the decor (or the drink machine) that is part of the Firehouse Subs experience. We've been enjoying meals there for 4-5 years, I think. read more

Yesterday at the Greer location I went in to order a quick sandwich to go because I was really hungry and had many errands to run so I thought this would be a great place for fast service, turns out that talking about and tattoos and infected belly button rings was more important that getting my order to me in a short amount of time.
