It was my first time trying this location and it did not disappoint. I love the fresh tasting ingredients in the sandwich and that you can get a small, medium or large depending on how hungry you are. It was a very clean location with pretty decor in the inside. The gentleman working was very kind and prompt. It was great service

Messiest Turkey sub! Subway is NEVER this sloppy!

I do not normally order from Firehouse as I am a Subway kinda gal and now FOR GOOD REASON! Their subs are COMPLETELY SLOPPY. Can't even pick up the dang sun without stuff falling out! It's a mess! I did not go in so service wise I cannot comment but by the presentation.... Plain and simple DO BETTER FIREHOUSE!

Always good customer service and good sandwiches. A special shout goes to Jimmy the cashier who took it to another level! I ordered the Hero: Ham , Turkey and Roast Beef. The sandwich came with provolone, onion, tomato, lettuce and deli mustard. The sandwich was both tasty and filling. Always good service here.

Food is good, employees today were good. Prices are a little high but is what it is. Please please replace these ceiling tiles. I don't know if there's still an active leak but even if not these tiles need replaced. This is not just stained it's literally mold, which produces spores. Food is made here, which people Ingest. I could literally smell this mold from 4 tables away. This needs fixed yesterday.

This is a medium sized Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket. At any other sub shop they would call this a small or a kiddie size.

I couldn't be more disappointed in this visit to Firehouse Subs if they tried. I suppose the only way this could have been worse is that the food was cold, the "manager" on duty was extremely rude or...... Oh wait. All of that happened and more. The sandwich pictured is the medium Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket. I had to wait a few extra minutes for my sandwich because they forgot about my order. In the meantime, my wife ate her small Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich in about 3 bites. Have you ever seen a "Small" sandwich at Firehouse Subs? Don't waste your time. It's ridiculously small. I received my food and it was cold. This was supposed to be a hot sandwich. I didn't ask them to heat it up because the guy who was making the sandwich kept touching his face, his neck and stroking his hair, so having anymore assistance from him would be a hard pass. But the BEST part of sandwich was finding the long dark hair in it, about 2 bites from the end. The manager on duty must have woke up on the wrong side of the bed. She was literally belittling the other employees and yelling at them in the front of the restaurant. We assumed that the manager was related to all of the employees because I can't imagine any employee allowing a supervisor to talk to them like that. It was very uncomfortable. There was one employee working out in the dining area taking care of the trash, and even he felt the wrath of Miss Manager as he wasn't removing the trash quickly enough. The pop machine looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, with dry and crusty remnants of pop on the inside and outside of it. The dining room was dirty and there is no pride at this location. Firehouse Subs used to be a great place to eat. The Noblesville location is going on the "do not ever, ever, ever to there again no matter how hungry you are" list for us.

I have not stepped into nor thought about Panera Bread in so long, I almost forgot they existed…read more But after taking my child to an orthodontist appointment nearby, he asked if we could stop and get him some mac and cheese for lunch. The boy loves the Panera mac and cheese that's sold in the refrigerated section of the grocery store. So to get it straight from the source! Whatta treat. And he deserved a treat after having to visit the orthodontist unexpectedly. Be aware that this Panera does not have a drive-thru. You'll need to go inside the restaurant like we did. But! They do have kiosks where the registers used to be, so you can order your own food and beverages without talking to anyone. Amazing! Any place that lets me get in and out with as little human interaction as possible is a winner with me. I was able to order my son's cup of mac and cheese easily, and then we waited less than five minutes for it to be placed on the counter. There's even a screen that will let you know the status of your order in real time. I am all about this new, antisocial way of ordering and receiving food. I had forgotten about the "bread" part of Panera Bread: the mac and cheese comes with a piece of baguette. I think most of the food comes with bread. This utterly delighted my son, who enjoyed getting an unexpected bread treat in his food bag. I'll probably go back to forgetting about Panera Bread again. But I'm happy that I came across this one, because it served its purpose and was a nice lunch for someone who really appreciated it.

I had been a fan eating at this location since 2018. Service was great throughout the years. I was sad that they no longer carry the flatbread as a selection. I also was sad that they no longer carried the Flatbread pizzas. Those were one of my favorites. The online curbside orders were long wait and disorganized. I ordered curbside only once and never did it again. My cousin experienced the same issue on her curbside order. Lastly on one of my visits with my cousin. We placed our orders to go. We both had witnessed one of the employees drop a bagel on the table and picked it up with his bare hands and placed it in my cousin's to go bag order. My cousin had to call it out and the same employee removed the bagel and provided her with a new one. That was definitely non-hygienic. Hence, the 3 stars.

We don't have a Culver's in California, so I had to try this burger spot since it was convenient…read moreand I needed a snack. I pulled up to the drive through which was a mistake because I didn't know what to order, and when you pull up, you see the person taking your order right away and the menu right in back of them, so I felt pressured to order fast . Plus when cars are coming in back of you , pressure is added but that's my fault, I should have went in. Their system is different than other burger or fast food places. Maybe because it gets busy at the drive through , here's what they do: you order, pay for your food, they put number on your side view mirror and they tell you to pull up somewhere and some one will bring your food. . When I was eating in the parking lot , I watched how they did it, there was always somebody coming out and bringing food to the cars. This was my drive through experience The food: I ordered cheeseburger. Not bad at all. The meat patty tasted good not like the golden arches meat, it tasted like a burger I'd make at home , but not charbroiled . Beef patty was on the thicker side of which is a plus and the veggies tasted fresh. I'm not sure if this is how thy do it but the order of assembly of the burger was "reversed".. all the ingredients were under the meat patty. This is a decent spot to get a burger, I would one again next time I'm in Indiana. They serve sweet treats I regret not getting one. Till next time.

Okay, I get it, Culver's is not a fast food place…read more Their burgers are great, and if you want them, go in and enjoy them inside. But this is the third time in two different states that I was made to wait more than ten minutes for a single item in drive thru. If you want to be in the good food fast business, great. Stop drive-thru service. But if you want to be in the fast food business, you're failing.
