I just recently came in for a catering and the staff was super nice and informed me that there is a new GM who is getting this store on a really good path! I can't tell you the last time that I stopped by a QDOBA prior to my most recent visit, but I can tell you that I will be avoiding becoming a repeat customer. The staff needs serious training, especially when it comes to regulating their facial expressions. As a customer I shouldn't be able to detect that I narrowly escaped being cussed out for nicely and apologetically telling the young lady that I didn't want my carryout salas mixed together. I've always had good experiences here, but haven't been to this location for a few months. My experience here was very poor, and I was disappointed with the customer service and also the portion sizes. We arrived and waited several minutes while the employees chose to clean instead of take our orders. When our orders were taken, we were rung up incorrectly and charged almost $15 too much for our food and had to explain to the employee our order was wrongly charged. I assume it was the manager who served us our food, but the portion sizes were very small, and when we asked for more they charged us almost $4 extra per entree. The lady who rung us up referred to the man who served us as her boss, which led me to believe that he was some kind of manager, however he was clearly frustrated with us and wanted to charge us "double protein" instead of ringing up the tortilla soup that we ordered and clearly stated at the beginning of our orders. read more

I came in a few weeks ago in the afternoon. Everything was average, food ok, speed of service ok, restaurant was run down but clean. BUT the guy at the register, a manager, his name was Taylor or Tyler, asked me to do him a "FAVOR" and put in a 5-star review, because "it would really help out his bonus". He also advised that if the review was anything less than 5 stars, that I should not "waste my time" putting in a review. Note to Taylor or Tyler: Customers do not care about your bonus, nor should you discuss this with anyone but YOUR manager. All customers want is great service, food, and value. Absolute worst Qdoba I've ever been to. It's dirty and has the most unprofessional staff that I've ever seen. Where do they find these people? No clue what they are doing and so unfriendly. I purposely went because I had a gift card, which I had called about prior to verify the balance. I get up to the register and they try to run it a couple of times and they said it doesn't work. I said I called and they say they've "had issues with the gift cards all day". They keep trying to run it and the manager asks me if I have another form of payment... are we serious? I came to your store to use a gift card that I had, which I probably wouldn't have come if I didn't have it, and you ask me to pay another way for your overpriced food that looks like it's been sitting out for a couple days? My family and I came in to get some food. There was 2 families and a person sitting with a skeleton. We took our seat at a table that had been poorly wiped down. The families left while we were eating and no one came out to wipe down the tables. Out of the six employees I saw there, two were doing meal prep, one served us and one tended the register. After serving us the the employee came out and sat next to the skeleton, and the person on the register went on to stare at her phone and then two employees with black shirts came out of the back and stood around and talked until we left. The service was okay greeting were made and thank you we're given, but the cleanliness was unsatisfactory especially in the men's restroom witch was un stocked and looked like it had not been cleaned in days. There was feces on the toilet urine on the floor and boogers on the toilet paper dispenser that looked like a great collection. If I would have seen the state of the restroom before I had ordered my money would have went elsewhere. read more

Awesome awesome awesome. Nothing better than being on vacation and being hunger and looking for something good and fast. Then you come around a corner and you see the Qdoba sign. YAY!! This was a lifesaver for us on this trip and we love Qdoba anyway. It is very good for you and you get to make it whatever/however you want. You cannot beat that. I worked at qudoba in Noblesville Indiana for about 2 months. During the closing night shift I noticed no one has cleaned that store in years the grill was horrid and the GM Tyler refused to clean the grill only demanded that I be the one in doing so. I took a lot of extra shifts the manager was disrespectful and the other managers quit due to hours being off on payday. Last week I reached out to a different qudoba trying to transfer and my GM Tyler punished me for this attempt and claimed I wasn't going anywhere. So again opon my arrival yesterday I was told as a crew cook I would be training yet again another new employee and when I said no I am not a trainee I am a cook I was told to get my sorry ass out his is store. Now that I am no longer working their I would take a second look at that grill and the food on the line to make sure it hasn't been sitting their longer then the two hour mark. And oddly enough when I help my boss accountable he then wasn't the sweet man that hired me in fact I choose to ask him to step out back with some of his choices of words. read more

I have ordered through the app at many Qdoba restaurants with great success and this place is the worst! They never double check the order. The first time, they forgot an entire entree. The second time, they forgot with three applesauces for the kids meals. This last time they forgot the chips for a 3-cheese queso order. When I called, they said they would look into it, but it's been three strikes. I was supposed to get a call back from the manager and all I've heard is crickets. They need to replace most of their staff. There was a huge line, and one guy was slowly scrubbing a wall (something that could have been done during a slow time), and another guy was just standing at the register looking bored and p*ssed off about having to be at work. It seemed like the guy preparing the food couldn't get any help from his coworkers. When we *finally* got up to the register, the cashier was rude-- didn't greet us at all, and acted as if he thought he was too good to be there and deal with anyone. Avoid this location. read more

I come here often mainly because it's a convenient spot for me to grab a quick lunch to take back to the office. Normally everything seems pretty fresh, but the last two times not so much. The last time I came here the guacamole was brown...not just a slight tinge....but brown. I think whoever made it forgot the lime juice or something. I couldn't get past the ick factor of the looks of it so I had to go without. Today it looked better but still with that brownish hue. I would expect that maybe if I came late in the afternoon in between the lunch and dinner crowd. But I was there right in the midst of the lunch crowd. That stuff should have been turning over like flapjacks. The other issue I hax is with the smoked brisket. I was so excited when they added this to the regular menu instead of only having it featured from time to time. But the last few times I've ordered it, I've ended up with a not insignificant glob of brisket fat in my mouth-- not really appetizing. So my brisket days may be numbered. I usually get the taco salad without the shell and the lettuce has always been fresh. I also like the nachos (with the chips on the side so they don't get soggy). But its too calorie-packed for me to get all the time. Today I tried a cup of the tortilla soup along with my salad. It was pretty tasty with cheese and sour cream added. You can get an entree size soup and add rice, beans and meat. I think I will try that next time....but not with the smoked brisket, that's for sure. read more

This is the single most disgustingly dirty restaurant I've ever eaten at. I posted pictures of the glass that hasn't been cleaned in weeks, if not months. Dried food all over the seats and trash cans. The tables themselves were not cleaned either. This is authentic alright, felt just like a dirt alley restaurant in Tijuana. read more

Probably one of the worst Qdoba locations. Definitely worth the drive across town to Hamilton Town Center. If you're thinking, "meh, give them the benefit of doubt," then keep on keeping on. I've gone when they're out of queso, they have run out of chicken and I've patiently waited for 15 min while they cook new, they have been the only location to charge for a side tortilla for a burrito bowl, the staff is not overly friendly, the manager seems like a rather miserable person to have to work for an no one smiles when he's around, and for the cherry on top - they do have one perk: consistency. If you're in the market to be consistently disappointed, I urge you to swing on by. I will likely be taking my business across town. It's disappointing they haven't made any effort whatsoever to provide good customer service. read more

Back for the last time. Came at 6:30 pm on a Saturday night. Arrived and there were 5 people ahead of me. Didn't get my order in for 20 mins. There were 7 employees but only 4 on the line. The line process was so slow it was cringeworthy. Then when I place my order he proceeds to tell me they're out of chicken for another 10 minutes. Incredibly incompetent system, manager, and employees who look like they're handling food for the first time in their young lives. Sad sad place. Best part of this average Qdoba is patio seating so you can watch cars ignore and almost run people over at the roundabout. Typical population here is an above average amount of soccer moms, lunch dates, and small kids.
