I love a good sub, and this place is my favorite. After going to Subway forever, I decided to take a chance and try something new. Boy, was I not disappointed! The difference in quality ingredients is beyond belief. I felt like I was eating a sandwich worth paying attention to, not the cardboard bread and less than fresh veggies of their competitors. It was okay. Food was decent, but too expensive for what you get. 10.00 for a sub sandwich and chips and a drink is just too much. The food is okay, but nothing special. Subway tastes much better and certainly a much better value. The service here was good, but not enough to make up for overpriced food. read more

I've read the other reviews here and am surprised some have given this place low ratings. To each their own, I guess. Anyway here's our experience... My hubby had tried this place in the past and raved on how good the sandwiches were so he finally convinced me to have dinner here. There are a good selection of sandwiches to choose from. I went with a steak and provolone cheese on wheat bread and my hubby had the Hero. They were both delicious!!! Warm, flavorful and toasted bread, yum! The place was clean and the workers kind. Great friendly service, and awesome sub sandwich. I much prefer over subway or Quiznos. The Italian is my favorite.

Damn the 12" subs are bomb.com and when you look at the cheese melting to the side is like wow cant wait to savor yours. Worth it... yup!

My boyfriend loves the subs here and so do I ! The turkey bacon ranch is to die for ! Waaay better than subway and I like them better than jersey mikes too. The only downfall is the staff can get pretty rude. There was this one girl, I forgot her name, but she was tall, blond and skinny , and she was so rude to us. She had no customer service skills whatsoever. Whoever made the sandwich put onions, which my boyfriend is allergic to, and when we told her, she made a big deal about it like it was our fault when the receipt clearly said no onions. I wasn't mad at the person who made the sandwich because I know accidents happen. I was just really disgusted at the way this girl handled the situation. Perla is great though! She always has a smile on her face and is so patient and helpful. You guys need to hire more people like her and ditch the tall blondie! read more

Sandwiches are delicious! I could only give three stars for the following reasons: Both ice dispensers were empty. The drink machine was out of my favorite flavor. The hot sauce selection doesn't have any of the number 10 sauces, and most bottles I picked up were empty, and several of the tables needed to be cleaned. I do not recommend ordering any takeout from them whatsoever. Not impressed with the takeout size compared to their regular portions either. It's an incompetent bunch that works there on the weekends. They have screwed up takeout orders before. I've walked out of there got home and realized that they forgot an item be very careful when you order anything take out. This is not a well run establishment. read more

I notice this place just opened, I wanted to try it out I seen a commercial on tv about it I tried out other sub places in the area . I took my kids for lunch time the place was packed!! We were in Palmdale for a softball tourney and was looking for a sandwich shop. We are so glad we found this place. I love their technique of steaming the meat and cheese before putting it on the bread. It made the taste sooo much better. My son had the Club on a sub.....in which he kept telling the friendly and helpful staff how much he LOVED his sandwich. My daughter had the meatball sub and I had the Engineer sub. We were all VERY pleased with our meal. We wish we had one of these back home. read more

Saw the commercials and thought these looked good. Overall the flavor and meats weren't bad, but the bread/rolls was the worst I've ever had. Way too soft and doesn't stand up to the fillings. Purchased four sandwiches for my family and when we got them home, all of the bread was spongey and soaked-- the entire sandwich slid apart and it was a mess and not at all enjoyable. I've had sandwiches from other establishments that can last until the next day's lunch in the fridge and still have decent bread. Probably won't return unless news of a stronger roll or more quality/less flimsy bread that can stand up to the fillings is introduced. read more

Worse experience, ordered my food pretty much an hour and half before arriving. .had to go to palmdale since it's closest and when I get there no one greeted me...then they just said are you ready to order, I told them I was picking up as I ordered online, and they told me the food wasn't ready...I only ordered 3 subs and they only had 2 customers when I got there. For my first time there, the service left a bad taste in my mouth. ...just got a refund and went to Chipotle so happy they were right there..at least those employees greet you with a smile and I was in and out in 5 minutes...and they were crowded. read more
