The service and food was awesome! For our group we custom ordered several large sandwich combo meals for dine-in: 2 Italian Subs, 3 Meatball Subs, 2 New York Steamer Subs, and 1 BBQ Brisket and Cheddar Sub. Each sandwich had a large amount of meat, cheese, personalized toppings, soft bread, and our sandwiches were heated perfectly. All of the staff was helpful. They were busy with a lot of customers and were polite and kept up with the pace. Other customers seemed to like the experience too. While we were there, there were several hungry men that came in to order sandwiches, several couples, a few individuals, and delivery drivers, and everyone seemed to be regulars, were friendly, and seemed happy with their food. We were happy with our food and experience. The facility, tables, and bathrooms were clean and felt inviting. The tables are large and there was room for people to enjoy eating together. The manager, Robyn Young, was friendly and outgoing. We felt well cared for and each sandwich was perfect. read more

We have had hit or miss service and food here but we ordered on the app, food was ready before pickup time and was great quality. I've tried this sub house YEARS ago, but don't think it made a big enough of an impression on me to revisit ever since... Well, decided to give them another try. I ordered them via phone for pick-up, and I have to say, the customer service was BAD. This female might as well screamed, "WHAT?!?" That was her tone of voice...all throughout the order too. I actually thought about just hanging up on her. Anyway, I ordered the Firehouse Steak and Cheese. Luckily, the sub was ready within 10-15 minutes. As for the sub itself? Well, presentation was again BAD. It didn't even look halfway delicious. There was the most minimal amount of meat and cheese...so minimal, I could barely see them when I opened up the bag! I actually expected the worst when I saw the sub. I will end on the positive note and say the sub tasted surprisingly good. It had a good punch of flavor...not as bland as some Steak and Cheese sandwiches. If only that CSR was even halfway friendly on the phone...and if they cared to make the sub look just a tad more enticing, and be more generous with the meats and cheese?? I would have loved to give them 3 to 4 stars, but Oh Well. For me, at least, customer service, as well as generosity and/or presentation of the foods (taste being the most important, of course!), make a difference when determining ratings over 2 stars. read more

I've eaten at Firehouse Subs for years. I understand prices have gone up, however, for them to lower quality also is really bad. I always get the Hook and Ladder sub. The last two times, there's not much meat on the sub. It's like having a lettuce salad between bread. I complained and people there said that's the way it's made. I went to Firehouse about 12:30 pm. First words from behind the counter were - (Screaming) Are you picking up? I said no - that I would like to place an order. Server said the wait was 25 minutes to just place the order. Her excuse was that they had just got an order for 18 sandwich's. I have been coming to Firehouse - all over country for years. Never been told that there would be a wait to place an order. Maybe you should have the staff ramped up during peak lunch time- just saying. Gave this place another chance for the first time in years thinking surely they must have gotten better. My Smokehouse Brisket sandwich I ordered with no mayo was absolutely slathered in cold mayonnaise, there was more of it than literally anything else on the sandwich. First time visit to this location and last time. I ordered online for pickup. My GF has a strong aversion to tomatoes, so I ordered her sub with none. Picked up the subs then drove back home. Her sub had tomatoes, which had slimed the rest of her sandwich, as tomatoes are wont to do. Also her sandwich had no cheese, which was listed as an ingredient.
