The store itself is very clean and the staff are friendly. I tried the hook and ladder medium sub (came with a pickle) and it was delicious! Well-sized and filling. Went for the first time tonight. Been see the commercials and the subs looked delicious. So I figured i would try it we order two 12" subs on steak and cheese and the other was a bacon lettuce and tomato, ranch sub. Both were extremely over prices over $40 for two subs ( crazy)! Got home and was so disappointed i asked for garlic white bread didn't get it also added mushrooms. I was sooo salty and had so much mayonnaise. I felt like they used a whole bottle thank god i had asked for no mustard would have been swimming the sub was soaked and soggy. I am so happy to know that they're FINALLY open. If you're looking for delicious subs, this is your place to go! The staff were very welcoming and super sweet. They are still learning, so please be patient and bare with them! They are doing their best. The hours are 10:30AM - 9:00PM PT. We arrived at 8:30 and our order took about 10 mins to make. Don't forget to try their brownies and cookies as well! I ordered the hook and ladder and my partner got a salad. I added salami and bacon to my medium size sandwich which was about $12. Salad was $9 for a decent sized bowl. Overall, if you're looking for a fix - this is your place. Their bread tasted super fresh. Good job you all, so happy you guys are open! Ever since this place has opened, we've been going at least once a month. It's a great spot to eat at before going grocery shopping at the Safeway next door! As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by super friendly staff and even the owner! They are helpful when you don't know which sub to choose and give great suggestions. All subs here are amazing! My favorite is the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar brisket. It's a very cozy sit down area that is super spacious! Great for small and larger parties. I highly suggest coming here if you're in the area! Another great food addition has popped up in our neighborhood, and this time it's sandwiches! We ordered a medium Cajun chicken sub and I believe a Jamaican turkey sub via grub hub and it was ready perfectly on time, maybe even a minute or two ahead of time! We added the works to both sandwiches, cucumber, olives, jalapeños etc. and they were amazing. The only thing is that the turkey sub had tons of Mayo, if you're not a sauce person you may want to ask for them to go a little lighter, but other than that amazing! read more

What a great sandwich. I got the turkey ranch and my friend got the cheddar brisket. Both sandwiches were very good and (unlike a previous review s karlsson) was made by a very kind adult. I haven't tried all the subs that they offer, the ones I've tried have been excellent! They also offer soup and chili. The Loaded Potato Soup is amazing! The Chili, however, was barely warm when I received it! So skip the chili! Other than that, it's been a great experience all the way around! Would have been nice to supplement with some fries but there's a pickle option. Service and speed were also good after ordering I got my sub within 6-8 minutes.
