#13 The Original Italian with Mayo and Pepper Relish
    Jasmine H.

Friendly staff at this location, never had an issue ordering or placing an online order. My food is always done on time and correctly. My go to order is the original italian with mayo and pepper relish, occasionally pickles and banana peppers. This is what I think of when I think of a perfect sub.

    1-12-25. The Big Kahuna

We've always enjoyed Jersey Mike's Subs and appreciated the way they make their sandwiches, especially "Mike's Way." We've remember the first day they came to this mall. Plenty of parking, just during peak hours, it's challenging but people are always coming and going. One non-gender restroom. They offer fountain drinks, bottled drinks, chips, & cookies. Today, we were fortunate to meet with the owner of this location. Her name is Lauren. She was friendly, bubbly, personable, and ran a fun tight crew. The service was great and worked down the line of customers. Friendly, courteous, with great attitudes. Big Kahuna Cheese Steak: Grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms, jalapeños & extra white American cheese (5/5). Beefy, full of flavor, with all the vegetables cooked well and them covered in that cheese. The bread was toasty warm and soft. So good! Club Sub: Turkey, ham, provolone, applewood smoked bacon & mayo (4/5). Meat piled high and done "Mike's Way". Come support this local business!

Not bad for a ham sandwich. Everything was balanced. Sandwich wasn't very big so I could finish in one sitting. Nothing spectacular though.

Bbq beef sandwich. Definitely need more meat and less bread. Super tasty but should have better quality come on.

Since the rivermark location closed down in Santa Clara I tested out this location. First thing I noticed was how crowded and overpopulated this center was. There was so many cars and it was a mess trying to get in and out. It gets packed during lunch times as all the business come here for their lunch breaks. Small little location and if there's a line be prepared to wait a little bit especially if it's one of the "hot sandwiches" since they have to grill these up. Wished for more meat in the steak sandwich and for maybe more toppings to make the sandwich more substantial without having to pay extra for additional toppings. The regular standard size is decent but I find myself still being a tad hungry, so I think the regular size would be a tad larger. I find that the rosemary bread option is the superior choice and my personal sandwich favorite is the big kahuna cheese steak sandwich.

Highly recommend their bowls!! I love the California sub Mike's way. Fresh ingredients and they don't skimp out on the guacamole or the meat. I prefer ordering online for pickup.

Giant number 13, on parmesan herb, Mike's way.

Just like the commercial Danny Devito did for Jerseys Mike, my favorite is also a #13, Mike's way, with extra onion, and then jalapeño on the top. The staff has changed over the time I have ordered a sandwich, but the consistency has always remained.

Regular club sub on wheat bread
    Sandy Q.

I suddenly had the craving for a sandwich and remembered bookmarking this place on Yelp. I ordered a regular club sub with wheat bread, no onions. I was picturing biting into a piece of soft bread but this wasn't it. The bread was stale and the bacon was extremely hard. For a to-go order, no napkins were given. When I arrived, there was no line. I also arrived right around 11am.

    #8 Club Sub - $10.90
    Shins T.

I ordered the #8 Club Sub Mike's Way ($10.90 for a Regular). The sandwich was filling and a nice combination of flavors and textures. Employees were friendly enough, but nothing to write home about. Good ratio of meat to veggie content. Plenty of parking as this place is located in a shopping center.

    #13 The Original Italian
    Patty O.

Not bad. Decent amount of meat in the subs. They slice the meat fresh. When you order mikes way it comes with veggies , red vinegar and olive oil blend. We got turkey provolone and original Italian. The Italian was better and it's nice to add mayo with it.

#7 Turkey and Provolone regular size
    Debbie S.

This was my first time at this sandwich shop and I loved it. I like how the meat and cheese are sliced for each sandwich they make. They have a little assembly line and I get to interact with 4 different people while getting my sandwiches. All the workers were really nice and it was a really fun experience to have while buying a sandwich. The sandwiches are really good and the ingredients are really fresh. We will definitely be back here again.

    #4 on gluten free bread
    Charlotte A.

Very disappointing. Parking lot on a Friday at noon is an absolute nightmare. Most of the parking spaces are too small so trucks and suvs are parked on or over the line. Would avoid coming here again for that reason alone. Sandwich was heavy on the vinegary toppings, which I like. But unfortunately the my were super skimpy on the meat, and the bread was awful. Some of the worst bread I've ever eaten. I ordered the #4 and I could barely taste meat or cheese at all, mostly just veggies and bread that was somehow both crumbly / swdusty and soggy at the same time. I should mention that I'm gluten free, so maybe their other bread is better. Being gluten free is not an excuse for bread to be nasty though. They need to check out the gf bread at sandwich spot or Zanotto's and take note cuz there's no reason gf bread needs to taste this bad. This sandwich was also more expensive than sandwich spot or zanottos, and those other places offer at least twice the meat, if not more. They get a star because my order was ready on time and pick up was very quick and easy once I managed to get a parking spot, and another star for their pepper relish that most other places don't offer. I definitely won't plan on coming back. If I'm ever in this shopping center again, I'd go for the kebab shop and stick to dinner time only when it's slightly less packed.

Beef raviolis: small but packed with meat and in their meat sauce. Flavorfull! 3. Arancini: I've never tried one. It's a rice ball filled with veggies, cheese and ground meat. Then rolled in breadcrumbs and deep fried. Then served with their sauce. Holy Moly!!! Why have I never had this heavenly piece of Italy?!?!?! Seasoned well and fried well. It's a meal in it of itself! 4. Garlic bread: hot, buttery, garlicky toasted goodness! The only thing I finished was the arancini. I took a bite of each of the rest just so I could write this review and will save for my sons for when I get home because it's all too good not to be shared. Will be back!
