The employees are very short tempered, not helpful, and frequently forget orders (whether it be no ice in your drink, regular tacos instead of supreme, or even sauces for the tacos). The restaurant has a 100 for the inspection posted on the window but I have no clue how they managed to pass. Spend your money anywhere else.

The biscuit itself is pretty good, it is crunch, flaky, tender, and buttery just as you would want. The chicken was well cooked but was way too salty. I put on a couple packs of strawberry jam which made it much better. But hey we do have a hypertension crisis here, cut back on the salt. Megan's steak to me tasted like fat and grease. Not my favorite for a chicken fried steak. The employees here are great, fast and friendly. I have noticed this here before. The building has seen better days maybe and could use some refurb. Parking is easy which is great because everyone eating here drives a big truck, including me. I would go back again but I would try something else.

I don't like to complain, but I fall into the latter category, so just keep that in mind. I stopped here for lunch around 11:15 on my way to work. I am not a frequent customer of Hardee's, so I cannot speak to the quality of the food, but this review is primarily about the customer service I received. The cashier was rude and snappy, and it seemed like she did not want to be there. When I wasn't sure how to work the pin pad, she treated me like I had some kind of mental disability. All the rest of the kitchen staff was reasonably polite for fast food service, but it only takes one. She could have just been having a rough day, but a good employee does not take that out on customers.
