We've been doing business with Mazzy's for many years but will no longer be contacting them. We had an issue with service and billing. The service person never showed up for the appointment and there were no calls, texts; nothing. Mazzy also charged finance charges on a bill, for which i paid on time but for which they claim they didn't receive the check. I have a bank billpay confirmation that i trust more than i do Mazzy's A/R department. We find Mazzy's a difficult company to work with and will no longer be doing business with them. read more

Been using Mazzy's for over 10 years at multiple propertys and they started out great. recently they came up with a "net 10" and charge finance charges if not paid. but it takes them 1 month to send you the invoice so by the time you get receive your invoice you're already late. its only a few bucks but very annoying. try to call their number, nobody answers. Their A/R Department always mixing up property's and billing. Mazzy's went downhill. Try another company if your in Real Estate, these guys have become very incomptetent read more

I have two fire extinguishers that were way old probably 5-20 years at least. Took them hear to get re-charged. they were so old he said I would need hydro test etc. It ended up being cheaper to recycle those and get new ones at home depot. If you only need a recharge it is slightly cheaper to re-charge, but if they are older than 5 years it usually needs a new hydro test which makes it cheaper to go new. Unreliable and definitely do not care about your time. After contacting them for a meeting at one of our jobsites, no calls and no show. Reached back out to them for a reschedule, no apology the first time around. Same thing AGAIN with the reschedule. Seems they just don't need the business. read more

I saw a Mazzy's truck in front of my business and had a few question about fire extinguisher placement so I went out and talk to the two gentlemen in the truck. They not only answered all my questions but came in and looked in my building and explained to my why certain places would be best to mount the fire extinguishers. I called Mazzy's to have the sprinklers 5 year certification done on a small apt building I own. When they finally did come they flunked it and gave me a proposal that cost almost $10K to fix and pass it. I smelled a skunk and got a 2nd opinion from another fire protection company. I discovered that they called out many things that were fine, and generally were just trying to make bank off of me! Should have been a clue when the guy that can made some off hand comment about what a " racket we got here"! Another company got everything that really needed to be done and certified for about $1350, rather than the $9k+ Mazzy's wanted! read more
